I have had bad experiences before but never this store. My grandmother always told me treat people how you want to be treated, because you might come across them later.

I’ve paid off a couple of items and still am paying for one as we speak. I’ve been dealing with Manager, Ocie since December of 2023. It’s has been nothing but great. Anytime I had any questions of any issues I can text them and get it figured out. I have nothing but high praises for this location. Even though I’m about to finish paying off my Son’s PS5, I may get something else form them just because they have been awesome with me. DONT go across the street to terrible A-ARon’s store to rent to own, go here to the Hiram location and talk with Ocie and his crew.
