Pam called someone whom I did not put into my contract, stating that it was my mother and my mother has passed on since 2022. Breach of contract. That Dana. I do not know where to start with her! You have to put her in her place to let her understand disrespect will not be tolerated. She is rude, no good customer service. I file complaints on the both of them as anyone should whom may have problems with them. The more complaints file if someone is wrong would bring the way these people conduct business under scrutiny. I went yesterday and brought furniture straight out, more valuable at a decent price. I would never recommend these condescending, indecent so called individuals to not even an enemy of mine. I wish I could give zero stars.

wouldn’t even give them 1 start. we bought a “new” washer and dryer 3 months later the washer stopped working. they claim it’s because we have well water,we do not. they took it to get “fixed” called back to say when we get it back it’ll only work for a little then stop working again. the washer they brought for us to use in the meantime also did not work smelt like burnt plastic and left the clothes soaking wet. On top of all that knowing that what they were giving us was useless they took a payment without authorization did not have automatic payment set up. they knew we were giving it back and still processed the payment without our knowledge and won’t reimburse it.
