I went to Rent-A-Center to purchase bed rails for my daughter, and Shannon and Napoleon provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They both greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in. While Napoleon finished ringing up my purchase, he also professionally handled another customer on the phone, and Shannon stepped in to continue the call seamlessly. Afterward, both Shannon and Napoleon helped load the bed rails into my car, which I truly appreciated. Later, when I called the store for assistance with setup, Napoleon answered and patiently walked me through the process. Thanks to his help, I was able to get the bed set up for my daughter in under 30 minutes. It was refreshing to see two people from different backgrounds working together so professionally and providing such exceptional customer service. Experiences like this truly stand out. I’m a very happy customer and grateful for their kindness, teamwork, and dedication. Top Tier Customer Service🙌🏽🩷

I've done a lot of business here with this company. This store in particular. I've had some good experiences but some were bad. The staff changes too much here. It seems like there are new faces everytime I pay my bill here. I've recently had a bad experience with them. It seems that because of a mistake an employee made with one of my payments I've been being penalized and didn't know why. Now I do because an employee there was very unwilling to listen to me or help me resolve my issue. I work in retail also and I understand why customers get upset sometimes. The difference between me and this employee is that I actively try to resolve the issue that the customer has. Unfortunately I WILL NOT do business with this store in the future. Maybe I'll do business with RAC again in the future but it's going to be a while before I do. Until then I'll spend my hard earned money somewhere else. One other furniture company lost my business in a similar way but that's for another review. If I could go give negative stars I would.
