- Proof of income — recent pay stub, bank statement, or benefits letter

How It Works

- 4 Delivery or pickup — most stores include free delivery, setup, and ongoing service/maintenance
Typically included with rent-to-own agreements:
Free delivery and setup, service and maintenance for the life of the agreement, the option to return items at any time without penalty, and an early purchase option (EPO) to buy the item outright before the lease ends. Rent-to-own is not a loan or credit purchase. Specific terms vary by store.

Worse Aaron’s I have ever dealt with . I just moved here i put in my contract online a week ago . I wasn’t gonna get my stuff for another 2 weeks and the manger was already harassing me for a payment . I am not gonna pay for some I don’t have . Then proceed to laugh at me and tell he wasn’t gonna deliver it . Worse customer service ever!
I went and purchased a dryer there on Dec.17. Delivery driver brought it out but didn't bring the vent hose that suppose to be in the back. I haven't been able to use it since I purchased it. I've called several times . They finally ordered one but no one has came out to put it on. They said someone will be out butI haven't seen any one yet. This is getting real frustrating. I think I'm going to tell them to come pick the dryer back up because I can't use it .
I will not shop there again. They only deliver between 11 am - 6 pm and that leaves people who work those hours without. Some employees think they know what is going on at your home and they don't and if you listen to them you may end up wasting a lot of money in the long run.
My husband and I had just relocated to the area and needed a washer and dryer immediately. So we decided to go to and see if Aaron's had what we wanted because the delivery time for everyone else was weeks out. When we first walked in, the young lady was busy. So my husband asked the young man that was in the store if he would help him because he was frustrated trying to get answers from the other salesperson. We could not even tell you her name because when my husband asked if we were bothering her she said no I have to get my inventory done and continued go about her business and the young man by the name of Prince was nice enough to finish helping us. Then, as my husband was finishing the paperwork and a lady by the name of Amy came in and Prince, explained to us that she would help us from this point on. Amy messed up and caused my husband to have to redo everything, and then she kept asking the same questions over and over. I, as well as my husband, asked if the other young lady could help her since she seemed to have not a clue as to what to do. The other young kept right on doing what she was doing as we were about to just say forget and leave. Prince stepped in and showed Amy how to input the information in the system. We are grateful and very happy that Prince was there to show Amy what to do. If not for Prince, we would have left. He is the only reason I am giving this store 5 stars.
I needed a new washer and dryer since my old one stopped working suddenly. Erica, Miracle and Prince were awesome!! Great customer service and professionalism. They all communicated with me effectively in order to assist me with the application process, finalizing the sale and scheduling delivery. Great teamwork!! 👏🏽
