I had a great experience looking for a dryer. Leroy was very professional, friendly, & able to work out a reasonable lease agreement. In addition, everyone in the store was friendly and easy to work with during my visit.

Walked in with my mother today to look at sectionals and there were three workers sitting at the counter (and on the furniture) that failed to acknowledge that we were even in there. We managed to walk around for 5 minutes and being the only customers in there you would think someone would want to do their job and get up and maybe ask if we needed assistance? They weren’t young men either, they looked to be in their 50’s or older. You attract more bees with honey. Fix that customer service.

From my experience Leroy is the best. He has great customer service skills, he knows how to resolve issues in a timely manner and overall down to earth, understanding individual. Leroy keep up the good work!
