I wish I could give Zero stars don’t rent from here . Unprofessional doesn’t communicate . WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND PAID 01/16 and here it is 01/27 … today SAYING THAT I WAS ISSUED A REFUND BECAUSE I WASNT APPROVED BUT HOW WHEN I WENT THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCCESS . LIKE JUST CRAZY yall need to do BETTER .

Leaving a review to express my significant dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Douglasville location. I would not advise anyone to do business with this location until there is a change in management, as the current staff is highly unprofessional and does not know how to communicate with customers. I provided all my personal information to finance furniture over a month ago and have yet to hear back. When I called the store for an update, the General Manager was rude and advised me to contact Corporate if I had an issue. I have since reached out to Corporate and was informed that a District Manager would contact me. I am currently awaiting their call. I hope this matter is addressed promptly. UPDATE::: I received a refund, but I did not request one, and they still have all my personal information. Additionally, I did not receive the call I was expecting from the district manager. It seems that because I expressed a complaint, I am now unable to receive the items I signed up for. I am highly disappointed with this situation and intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Christiana Is the best there is. When I walked in to the store I wasn’t looking for that day to get anything. She made me feel like a family member. I’m going to recommend everybody I know to go there

I rented a bedroom set and found that they didn’t clean or check the dresser drawer before re renting.And to my surprise when I went to wipe it out there was dirty panties inside with mold all throughout. Now let’s talk customer service Cathrine the sales associate was wonderful she help me with my needs of what it is that I was looking for. The store manager Jay is a special case he needs more customer service training he made several mistake with Account and to say the least my order and doesn’t represent the store well I was given a coupon from the corporate office and he would not honor it as the coupon said so he instead choose to apply it the way he wanted never will I use this company for any of my furniture needs sorry Buddy’s Jay is horrible.
