THEFT, FRAUD, AND BROKEN PROMISES—DO NOT TRUST THEM Avoid this place at all costs. They literally stole money from my checking account. My experience started with a total failure in delivery. I ordered a specific product from their website, but they didn’t deliver it correctly. Instead, I was given a completely different, broken unit that I never would have ordered. It then took a staggering four months just to get that broken item back into their possession, yet despite the massive delay and the defective product, they flatly refused to give me my money back. To make matters worse, while I was fighting for a refund for a product I couldn't even use, they went into my checking account and stole money without authorization. After looking through dozens of other reviews, it is clear this is a pattern: * Unauthorized Charges: They treat your bank account like their personal piggy bank. * Bait-and-Switch: What you see online is NOT what shows up at your door. * Zero Accountability: Management refuses to issue refunds even when they are 100% at fault. This isn't just a "bad experience"—it is predatory and dishonest. I asked for my money back instead of the junk they finally tried to provide four months late, and they stonewalled me. They have no respect for their customers or the law. You are better off going anywhere else. You have been warned.

Brian, Lucia, Mariya and D are all cool people and treat you like a person and not just some random customer. The controller that came with my Xbox was malfunctioning and they ordered a new one for me without issues and it arrived within a few days. It was a real carbon black official controller too, not some cheap knock off. They treat you right. This is my third time as a customer with them and I’m sure I’ll come back again too.

I cant say enough great things about Justin and Brian of the Douglasville store. They are the best of the best. They are kind and respectful at all times. They are extremely knowledgeable concerning Aaron's policies and procedures. They treat me wit dignity and respect at all times. Their integrity is unquestionably of high standards. The customer service skills are unquestionably sharp. All of their attributes are of great quality, whether on the phone or in person.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 MATCHING dressers for my boys. The call to schedule delivery everything is great. An hour later online sales calls to tell me one of them has been canceled but it’s out of stock EVERYWHERE. So I call this store to see what’s going on. They said it was a mistake. And assured me they have both both will come tomorrow, no worries. JUST TO CALL BACK AND SAY JK. So Justin tells me he’s gonna try to find it and he’ll let me know if he does. I tell them I have to have them by midday Thursday. He DOES NOT tell me he’s off the next day. So now I have to deal with someone completely different just to see if I’m getting what I’m ordered or not. And just as I STRESSED to Justin, online sales, and TC… I NEED THEM TO MATCH. Guess what? Delivery guys show up WITH MIX MATCH. I am livid. I’m just not sure how much clear one can be when you say I NEED THEM TO MATCH OR CANCEL MY ORDER AND I CAN GO TO WALMART! Absolutely ridiculous, I feel played, I feel forced, and more than anything you did not listen to the needs or want of your customers. All yall cared about was getting a sale. That’s fine. Enjoy your sale now cause you won’t be as happy when I’m done talking to Aaron’s HR. Well that is if they aren’t the same as yall.
