Very professional and helpful they have definitely met all my needs and made sure I had the very best experience being with rent-a-center has definitely been the best experience for me and they are just the best in Douglas they most definitely work with you and especially if they see you doing your part as well( making your payments on time) is definitely my top priority I just truly love this store their treat their customers like family and that's the meiang of their team/brand and I truly thank rent-a-center đź’•

Don’t get me wrong rent a center have some amazing stuff but it’s just day they just cannot order stuff when you need it. I went on the website for Black Friday sale but before I say what I have to say they was in the process of moving from one location to another location and then also it was around the holidays so I understood that but if you say you doing something, do it and I still haven’t got my merchandise three months later Kristen and her associate said that they was going to put the order in but never dead I had to go back to the store at least 4 to 5 times mind you I have two jobs so I take the time out to go when I have time my girlfriends pregnant and I wanted the merchandise for her but for work when I don’t have it so they work if it is awesome but their customer service sucks….

Everytime I walk in the store Crystal&Myesha always greet me with such excellent, cheerful respect I love the vibes there. I love the store so much I even stay until closing just to enjoy the employees.They always keep me up to date on the new items that come in and helped me setup my account on autopay making things easier for me&today I received earphones for being a Loyal great customers.Aaron's take THAT!!!! It's RENT A CENTER 4LIFE!!!!!!! Nnamdi you have a great team keep treating your customers like family.

Great experience! I've been a customer for quite some time and the customer service is great. I recently received a Valentine's gift from all of the staff and I loved it. It's not a time I walk out of those doors and don't be satisfied.
