🚨 Avoid Buddy’s Furniture! Marshall is extremely unprofessional and even threatened to have me locked up after I asked them to come get the furniture. I’ve been in constant contact since getting my set in March 2025. He got upset because I couldn’t pay an extra $400, and the two sets he showed me to fit my budget were never delivered. When I questioned why he’d file a false warrant — and if this had anything to do with the color of my skin — Marshall yelled, calling me a racist over 20 times. I requested another pick up, since I was accessed of stealing please come the furniture ready for pick up. Marshall proceeded to tell me if they had time they would stop by tonight I asked for an ETA , after accusing me of stealing .Then he texted: “You refuse to schedule it for tomorrow… If I told you a time I would be lying. You just have to wait.” Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and aggressive. Save your money — go to Rent-A-Center instead. Furniture returned no Buddy of mine!!!

I went in, picked out the refrigerator we needed and filled out the quick forms that were required to update, signed some papers and we were out the door in no time. Great experience and I would recommend going to Buddy's Furniture first 🥰

Buddy’s have great customer service with the two gentlemen that works at the front desk. Marshall & Bryan are awesome. You can request an item that’s not in stock. They will order it for you and delivery as soon as it comes in I have never dealt with a rental company that provided excellent customer service so I give them 10 stars instead of five.thanks for everything….. my name is BRIAN I AM A NEW CUSTOMER AND I LOVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
