Delivery was a disaster. Forgot cushions pillows and accessories to the couch. Items way overpriced for rent to own. A rip off. The account manager "Christina" is nice-nasty and forgetful. I'd have skipped this and bought from a retailer, yet I did not have the money at the time. Skip this location for your sanity.

On July 24 I went online and lease to own a riding lawnmower. I was suppose to receive a call in regards to my order within 5-7 days. Online showed my order was approved and delivered on July 30th to the store. On that day I still did not receive a call about my order status so I decided to call. On July 31st I was told that my merchandise was at the store and would receive a call Friday morning about delivery. On Friday morning still did not receive a call so that evening I decided to call, was told will receive a call Monday for approval decision. I had already been approved paid the first installment for the product I was told a regional manager has final decision of approval. On Monday I again did not receive a call in regards to my order and at this point I continue to get the runaround throughout the week. So I decided to give the store a call again at this point I was told again I would need to wait until a manager gives me call as they were busy. At this point being frustrated with being told that I will receive a call and don’t receive a call. I then ask for Corporate’s number. Immediately the advisor that I was speaking with chose not to provide me that number and all of a sudden the manager was available. The manager proceeds to get on the line very rude, letting me know that the application was denied. I then proceeded to let the manager know my application had already been approved. I was told that I am just waiting for a delivery. The manager Teresa then let me know that the regional manager denied my request. I then asked for a refund and was told would have to wait to see if I am eligible for a refund. I never received any product any merchandise. But was told I would have to see if I am eligible for a refund. When I contacted the corporate office, I was told that someone will give me a call back. I am now waiting on that call back. Corporate Office states there is no approval when it comes to a refund for items you never received. Still no refund.

Their customer service sucks and they are very unhappy and rude. If you decide to shop with this company do (NOT) go to the Conyers store on 138. You will be highly disappointed and regret everything you purchased from them plus your time you spent paying at this store because it makes you want to tell them to come back and pick it up. I pay my items off before there policy ends 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I have been renting from Aaron’s since 2011. I’ve had good experiences and rarely had really bad ones until now! I’ve always communicated respectfully if there were any issues with my account but since Aarons in Conyers on 138 has changed management from David to Christina, it’s been a horrible experience communicating with her! She argues with loyal customers, she doesn’t work with you, she wants to challenge everything you say, she doesn’t take responsibility for her miscommunications, and she doesn’t give you a chance to speak. I’m extremely disappointed in Aaron’s for putting such disrespectful, careless person like her in this leadership position. Please let Christina know that life happens to everyone and to remember life will happen to her one day as well and she better hope the ppl she look to for help really help her…..I would never rent from Aaron’s again and I would never recommend anyone to them. 14 years of giving them my business, paying off every contract and I got the worse treatment recently from her. Never again!
