They are okay on most things. However they treat you like you aren't smart enough to read what a product says. The store personal are good if you catch them on the right day. On any other day they are rude and will not help you

I applied online and then went in store to find out how long it would take and not once did the sales manager tell me I needed to bring in further documentation or anything of that nature told me I would need to wait for approval

The sales manager David was amazing and helped with all my needs fast and efficiently. Then, when the delivery drivers Scott and Tim came out, they got all the product in my house quick fast and safe without any dings or dents on any of my walls or my appliances, and furniture have the best customer service. I have seen around Chatsworth in a long time.
