HUGE THANK YOU TO WINSTON !!! I got a flat tire on the way on the way to the trampoline park with my mom and niece and happened to pull into their parking lot. Winston and a couple other employees quickly came to help us to, not only get the spare on, but also helped us get the flat tire patched and and back onto the car. They could not have been more kind or more helpful. Thanks to all of the employees that helped us today, and special shout out to WINSTON !!

The in store employees are awesome!! All the way down to the delivery driver BUT your online ordering costumer service needs attention. I had an issue with an online order, I called the store and the manager did all she could do on her end. I then called the online costumer service and spoke with a very Rude gentleman that kept telling me to call my local store. He was not comprehending what I was trying to explain to him. I asked to speak to one of his higher ups to get more help the “ ahole” connected me to my local store!!I called back and was hung up on!!! I wish I had gotten his name!! No help at all. Finally the store local manager straighter it out for me!! Kudos to the store manager and her whole staff!! Thank you for great service.. now Arron’s needs to work in their online customer service team.. maybe the local store needs to go train them on how it’s done!! -Robin

Absolutely love this place! For the hateful comments that talk about “they overcharged me” you agreed to pay and you signed, so please pay your bills next time. I paid mine and got a lot of stuff from here. I will always do my business at this location! Much love to this squad and thank you for everything!
