Aaron's in bainbridge are unreliable I was supposed to have a washer Tuesday but now it's gonna be a week later

I am seven months pregnant just a young lady looking for furniture and I recently order with you all I'm very disappointed to say I kept itching couldn't figure out why and it's because you all obviously sold me a chair that had already been use and who ever the family was must had a cat or something I open up the back of the chair I can see animal hair all in it I will be giving you all back your chair

I waited all day long for a pickup . Supposed to been 1st stop. Contacted office numerous times. Phone just rings. At least have the courtesy to respond. Never had problems with aarons. But this incident is terrible terrible customer service. Especially not answering the phones. But after this I am thru...no bad feelings just awful customer service on this particular issue

Quality and consistency is key at this location, also employees are very polite. My only complaint is trying to get a technician to fix my couch that I got that doesn’t recline. Other than that this establishment is well worth the time and great prices for starter or permanent homes.

My husband paid cash for a new set washer and dryer. The store staff brought it to my house and when I started to wash it sounded like it was falling apart. The two guys that came out did not level it down. When I called the store the young lady told me they had to call someone els from another store and it would be one day this week but didn’t know when. Therefore I couldn’t wash until they called someone from another store. Poor customer service but was smiling when they took
