So incredibly unhappy with this whole experience. Ordered, was told a delivery would be mad in 2-3 business days. After ELEVEN DAYS I had to reach out to get a delivery date because I still hadn't received one. Was told it would be delivered the following week due to a shipment delay. Would have been nice to have been informed before I had to get ahold of them myself, but oh well. Then they wait until the DAY OF DELIVERY to request proof of residency. The delivery date was pushed back another FOUR DAYS. Then they deliver it and dont bring all of the pieces to my order. Promised to come back the following morning. 5pm the following day and I still had not heard from them so I finally get ahold of them. The pieces ended up not arriving for another TWO DAYS. So what should have been a 2-3 day process ended up being 3 weeks. And not one time did they reach out to me to communicate anything w me. I always had to reach out to them first which is incredibly unprofessional. I will not be making any more orders in the future. I am so disappointed.

Was promised a delivery on 11/15/25. In which I took off work. This was a call made (to me) on Monday 11/10/25. Turned out it won’t be in until Wednesday/Thursday. Already cleared the old appliances. Appliance is there and apparently, I can’t even come and get something I paid for. Cancelling agreement.

Very unprofessional I had to wait a whole day and they didn’t deliver all my things at the same time and been waiting since 3:00 for my box spring

I went to Albany ,GA Aaron’s today for a washing machine and Dryer and the lady told me to sit down and do the application not one time did she come and check on us to see if we needed help then I asked her several times well can you show me what you have ? What’s available? She acted as if she was frustrated And annoyed and ignored us and was so dry and RUDE !!! We ended up leaving to got to Rent A Center to get Awsome help. 4/10 DONT RECOMMEND!!!!

Will NEVER!!!! come back to this store. It's 4:29pm Sunday September 6,2020. The young girl posing as an employee did not want to help at all. Acted put out when we asked her for help and we were the ONLY people in the store. Plus every computer on display but one was not for sale. Why display what is not available? Why hire a free loader when a mannequin will do just as well for free? Thanks again Aarons for your lack of service. Again.
