I researched what i wanted to look at prior to arriving. Products exactly as described. I will say that the new finance company needs to offer autopay, that is kind of how most bill get paid! Excellent Sales team on site!!
Quality of the pieces I bought is horrible. Their recording talks all about customer service and they make things right but I have been in the process of claims for over 6 weeks and no resolution as of yet. I call the store and speak to sales manger and sale associate and nothing from them. I am very disappointed in how this is being handled. I was going to hold off n leaving a review with the hopes that this would get handle appropriately but enough is enough. I am going to make it a mission on social media and other outlets about this company at this point. It’s unfortunate because this company does not know the power of social media when it is against you. Between myself and 3 of my colleagues we have an out reach of over 300 million followers. I tried the nice way but I’m just a number like all these big companies.
Great employees but be sure to check out your appliances well. They may deliver the wrong appliance to your home. They also forget to stop any automatic deductions from your bank acct until you check your account. This is a REAL problem.
We came in with an $1800 budget for a simple bedroom set. The guy didn't even bother introducing himself. Showed us 2 options, didn't really explain either, then walked away. When we found him and asked to see more options in a different color, he pointed across the store and told us to go look over there. I'm honestly embarrassed for this store that they employee such lazy and rude people. I've gotten better service at Wendy's for my $5 lunch. Will be happy to take my business elsewhere.
I just purchased a brand new home and I have no furniture. Thank God my aunt was with me because I went to a few lower level places just to get come thing cheap to put in the house- She asked me to take her to the location in Winter Garden, Florida- we met a young man who showed us the floor and I found an awesome living room suite and dining set - my credit was run and qualified for a protection plan and the furniture will be delivered in 10 days - just in time for my closing! The staff was extremely nice and helpful!
My sales man Mr. Donald Williams was exceptional. He greeted me at the door as soon as I stepped in the store. He made my experience so much more easier, even though I went home with a much higher bill than I anticipated. Would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Arron's had been great. I've been a customer for several years, putting my home together a couple rooms at a time..Maria has been the the best sales person, both knowledgeable and polite. Also, Mr. Wright has been extremely helpful in the absence of Maria. The store is very well organized according to product and cleanliness.. Great place to shop.
Good luck, no posted prices on half their items and prices changed twice while working with a sales person. Absolutely ridiculous that nothing is posted to reference hardly and crazy how prices changed on their whim, but when confronted was told that that is how they do business. Manager bold face lied to my face regarding their warranties. Highly suggest to find another Aaron's or better yet RAC to deal with, this one is just in it for your $. Better yet avoid like the plague...
