I first encountered Gi Gi who was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. She helped me to understand everything that Arona expected of me i.e. payments etc. She was very patient. No small task The men who delivered the television were supportive and helped me in trying to understand what was going on. They were also very patient. All in all Arona was very professional and reliable
The staff at Arona are awesome from the sales person to the manager. They are super professional and one thing I like is the communication they go above and beyond to make sure that I got what I needed Saydie you’re the best!
Wish I can leave 0 stars. Business is highly unprofessional and rude. Manager Sadie very unprofessional . The way she has dealt with my boyfriend and I with our recent purchase. Wouldn’t recommend. I’ll suggest everyone find furniture elsewhere.

Wish I could give 0 stars unprofessional nothing but run arounds then told the day of delivery I’m not qualified because my reference did not answer?? Huh?? And get some people who speak English everyone sounds like they don’t known anything and comprehend anything waste of time go elsewhere!!

Arona home essentials it’s one off the best rent to own store I ever been, they don’t check your credit and have an incredible deals to purchase, I went to the west Palm Beach location and sales Rep Mary was amazing and very professional.
