Wish I could give 0 stars unprofessional nothing but run arounds then told the day of delivery I’m not qualified because my reference did not answer?? Huh?? And get some people who speak English everyone sounds like they don’t known anything and comprehend anything waste of time go elsewhere!!

Service was excellent and the manager Saydee was phenomenal, she provided me with everything I asked for, would highly recommend her for any future home essentials

they are very unprofessional and bad for business. when I went to the store to look for furniture i filled my paperwork out and the manager told me that I was qualified. She told me to put references on my paperwork just to get in touch with just in case they can’t get in touch with me when paying a bill. i was cool with that. i called to see when was my furniture being delivered and she told me she will give me a call back and when she gave me a call back the next day she told me i wasnt qualified for my furniture because she tried to reach my references. and i asked her well why would you call them if you can call me about my furniture being delivered I thought their number was on my paper just in case the store couldn’t reach me when I need to pay a bill that’s what she told me. with that being said she never mentioned to me that she wanted to have a conversation with my references first before my furniture getting delivered in the store when i paid my money. I would not recommend getting furniture for them.

WORST FURNITURE STORE!! Staff doesn’t speak English, she keep hanging up the phone on the customers. They are not organized at all. The manager moves to fast and makes alot mistakes and then try to fix it as if she gave you deal! DO NOT GO HERE! Currently still waiting on a delivery that is obviously not coming!

Sandie the Store Manger 😮‍💨 My husband is a HARD sell: he’s a hustler by nature 🙄 Sandie will keep you on your toes but if you want the facts she spells them out 100% Her personality is above life. She LOVES her job. She loves to give you the actual breakdown and she goes above and beyond sending you photos of live inventory. The is one God fearing woman who loves her job and she shows that, She is all about customer service, humor and tells you straight up what you’re getting into and I’d buy bags of popcorn at this point from her. She is AMAZING and this is the type of relationship I want from a salesperson. We bought sight unseen. I literally sent her a video of my space and she directed us in the right direction. The world needs more of her EVERYWHERE! Her passion is unmatched. Customer for life even cash purchases. Her spunk and love of life I want her around me daily! If you want an honest answer….Ask her!
