Great Rooms

This place can be an amazing business but Melissa customer service is terrible. Customer service matters, and sadly this was a terrible example of it. Melissa was extremely rude and made the entire experience uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the business. I will not be referring any of my family nor followers there. Also I will be sharing my encounter and experience with Melissa on my TikTok

I truly love this store… Everyone is very kind and professional especially Melisa. She is amazing and understanding and she always helps me out with everything I need. So far I have purchased three furniture items and everything has been great. I recommend the store 100%.

If you guys need great furniture this is the store for you , If your looking for great customer service turn around and walk out. 2or3 months ago i had hernia surgery that caused me to be in the hospital and with out work, So YES unfortunatley i was behind on some payments . Ms.Melissa was very rude about it, Told me she was calling the state attorney office, saying that i had a warrant, hanging up on me when i called to speak about the situation, the WHOLE 9 yards! Come to find out when i did my research i only owed 492.00 which is NOT A FELONY OR A MISDEMEANOR, its a CIVIL MATTER . I still have not yet received letters in the mail from the state attorney or havent had any interaction with the police . Moral of the story i spoke to george which is the store manager, A great guy to talk to by the way. I kindly asked him to pick up the merchandise and he did just that . Melissa is a very rude lady , not understandable at all, with POOR customer service skills. I hope this company opens there eyes and realize she needs to be replaced ASAP. Will NEVER do business with this place aslong as that lady is there, and will NEVER recommend great rooms to anyone !

My husband and I have been coming to great room in over 2years. Melissa has been my go to person. Whenever my family needs anything she can provide she makes it happen. There was time when I came home work and my refrigerator stop working, I called Melissa asap and within the hour my family had a refrigerator. For both my children birthday I was able to get them 2 meta guest and she made it happen. She takes the time to work with whatever budget I can afford. On my birthday my husband called Melissa and asked her to surprise me with my mk backpack,that's was a amazing gift. For the past months we have always managed to paid off our agreements with no problem. We will never go anywhere else because working with Melissa and the rest of the greatroom staffs are hard to find. Thanks again guys

We’ve gotten furniture from this store and overall our experience has been good, especially thanks to George, the manager. He is professional, kind, and very understanding, truly a pleasure to work with and always willing to help. However, I have to be honest about the downside: Melissa. She is extremely rude and disrespectful. It’s nearly impossible to have a decent conversation with her because she constantly cuts you off and disregards what you say. If someone is asking questions about their contract or payments in a respectful way, there’s no reason to respond with such a nasty attitude. I’ve seen other reviews mention the same issues with her, so I know I’m not alone. Melissa makes the experience stressful and unpleasant, and honestly, she will push customers away. This is why I only ever ask to speak with George directly because I know I’ll be treated with respect. My advice to anyone shopping here, the products are good and George is amazing to deal with, but avoid Melissa at all costs.
