Customer reviews
I cannot explain how phenomenal our service was. I wish there was another word to use it to put into perspective how professional organized and self-explanatory this store is. Let’s not forget, Aj If you go in there, he will take care of you. He will make sure everything gets taken care of. He will explain everything properly that way you can walk out that door. Happy if you need a new set of tires and rims I recommend coming here. their bundle deals are amazing what they have to offer is amazing. Don’t worry about any other tire place. Just come here and they will take amazing care of you. 5,000 stars for me
I was kind of Leary about leasing tires etc, I had a cracked wheel and needed a new wheel and tires. Aj was phenomenal in assisting me in getting a matching wheel and some new treads for my truck. My wheels didn’t come with center caps but he made sure he searched everywhere to get them. Aj puts your needs and interests first and doesn’t give up until his customer is happy with what they wanted. The whole store gets a 5 star rating. Very nice people all around.
I had an outstanding experience at Rent-A-Wheel, and I can’t say enough great things about the team! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, respect, and genuine kindness. A special thank you to AJ, the Manager, and Braiden for providing some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. They both went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, answered every question with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their knowledge, honesty, and willingness to help truly set them apart. It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about their customers, but AJ and Braiden exceeded every expectation. They made me feel valued and never rushed me through the process. Their dedication and positive attitudes are a huge asset to Rent-A-Wheel. If you’re looking for excellent products backed by exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Rent-A-Wheel. Be sure to ask for AJ or Braiden—you’ll be in great hands! Thank you both for going the extra mile and making this such a fantastic experience. I will definitely be returning and recommending Rent-A-Wheel to my family and friends!
