At first I was upset with Aaron’s they kept giving me the run around, (the one in Tallahassee). I had to pick my bed up and it needed installed, I was so frustrated… I told Mr. Jason (the manger) im not paying for it either😂 but Mr. Jason (in Quincy Aaron’s) came through clutch and helped me out, he brought my boxspring and put my bed up while they was closing up, God bless him.

I bought a washer and dryer and scheduled to have them delivered and installed. They were delivered but instead of installing my appliances the delivery men claimed “they didn’t do that” and “it was too hot”. Instead they tried to wander around my house and inspect my property. I had to tell them to kick rocks. For future appliance purchases I sadly won’t be returning to Aaron’s.

Only person I have a problem with is cliff he calls me every month when my payment isn't even due. He called me today at work and he was like if you don't pay by the 1st you will have late fees. It's Only May 28th. I told him constantly I pay my bill online faithfully.
