Its really really sad that when someone calls the store one of the managers is always giving an attitude. Then when someone calls to have them come out to repair an appliance they instead call the state an make false accusations. When that person called corporate and were told that theres nothing they could do because it was done in good faith and pretty much laugh in their face. How is it in good faith when you were explained the situation and what happened. You just wanted to see a family get broken. I will never ever be buying another item from aarons again. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and now im seeing how you truly treat your customers. Its disgusting and yall should be ashamed of yourselves.

I had a few leases with Aaron’s that I have paid off and ran into a snag and needed a washer desperately with clothes building up he was able to get me a brand new washer and squeezed me in last minute for delivery. Thank you Jason for taking care of your customers with a sense or urgency. Anytime I call he’s quick to respond to any of the concerns I have.

The big boss of the store actually was my delivery guy. Very down to earth. Not scared to get his hands dirty. He even swapped the door on my dryer so it worked better in the room. Sales lady was very nice and overall helpful. Got me take. Care of even though I had firgot my wallet.

I’ve been an Aaron’s customer for over 15 years, but my experience with the Port Charlotte location has been very disappointing. After setting up approved payment arrangements, staff from the store still came to my home while my 13-year-old daughter was there alone and I was in the hospital. We had to contact law enforcement for safety reasons. When I filed a formal complaint, Aaron’s corporate office apologized and confirmed this visit violated company policy. I hope this location improves its professionalism and better follows corporate guidelines in the future.
