Had a wonderful experience coming to this location. Was helped by the Manager Ricky and he was such a pleasure. Very courteous and pleasant. He really knew his stuff. Made the entire process painless. Wanted to reach out to corporate to have him recognized for the work he is doing because he is a real Gem. Very family oriented store, and I appreciated that.

I had to work with Buddy's staff a few years ago to file a death claim through their rental pay off insurance plan. They were outstanding! I just had to reach out again on a warranty issue on the appliance covered and again, their customer service was excellent.
