I came here one day to purchase a few things a TV in particular but I had a medium to small size TV that needed to be moved to put the new one in place I asked her about that she said no we don’t do that so I simply left and went somewhere else and spent $5000.

Worst customer service ever, I went in the store like I always do at all of the aaron's I been to looking for electronics to buy my kid ask me if he can use the bathroom and lady tells me is not a public bathroom, just so everyone knows if you go in the store make sure you buy something so you can use the bathroom.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Bought a mattress from them, had it about 8 months. Called to give it back when I know longer needed it and they refused the return. Said to clean it, so we did. It looked great. It is a used mattress. They kept coming and saying they were going to charge us the while amount. Never getting another penny from me! The guy that came to our house was was not friendly and had an attitude. Frank the manager did not not want to deal with it and gave us a problem every time we called. Very unprofessional. Use the other places if you have to.

Pierre is your go to man. Just to say I walked in 30 minutes before closing on a Monday and was greeted with a very nice smile and warm welcome. Pierre assured me I was not to late to rent. I bought a beautiful Sectional couch for my new apartment 😌. Pierre needs a raise.... Thank you Pierre!!

THANK YOU TOM! I had no intentions of purchasing my sofa set. I needed furniture temporarily until my furniture I purchased was delivered. Tom was so helpful polite courteous friendly inviting and attentive I am going to purchase my sofa set. Good customer service is hard to come by. I am a nurse and work long days Tom willingness to go above and beyond to get my furniture delivered the same day was a blessing. He made the impossible happen and I truly appreciate it! THANK YOU.
