Working with Rent-A-Center with an absolute pleasure trailer rental center the manager is an absolute amazing person bent over backwards jump through hoops to help me and make sure that after a first failed attempt because of the weather second attempt to deliver my product went without a hitch absolutely amazing the man that came to deliver the tv at 7:30 at night with an absolute pleasure to deal with very friendly very knowledgeable very apologetic just wanted to make sure that I was happy the way things turned out and I am those people that work in that store are they absolute best customer service Representatives I've seen in a retail setting ever that's purchase many products from Winter center paid them off when I needed and your company and the people that work at that Palm Bay store on the manager all the way down to the guys that deliver the products are absolutely amazing so friendly and helpful

I don't like the new manager at the store I have shopped at. I called the main office on November 30th at 1211 pm and was told I would be contacted by the general manager and I was not contacted. I have spent thousands of dollars at rent a center buying beds, TVs Living room and dinning room sets, along with washers and dryers and a stand up freezer. Your company has just lost any future purchases from me. I am taking my future purchasing to AARON'S. Sandra Morrical

I love Rent- a - Center because I have very bad credit , wherever I go they'll reject me .This is where I furnish my all entire house. They have great customer service, they always call me first when they have nee arrivals. I love the store

Extremely hard to get into an account that I had very recently. I recently paid it off unfortunately my washer has been acting up a lot likely. It's constantly unbalanced, this is crazy. You should be able to wash whatever you need to. In there you shouldn't have to watch It. I do know how to wash clothes but if you don't have anything good to offer then I will just go to home depot and buy a brand new one

I rented a brand new washer that was acting up. I was only told that they were responsible and would come out and diagnose/ fix any problems I had with it. They didn't tell me it would take a week or two to get that accomplished or that they only have one person that actually does it. Also getting charged 6$ monthly after returning and closing the account. Invoice/ receipt doesn't even say what they charge is for! Shady business practices. Small print I'm sure? Still; they should let you know these important details verbally however bad for their business it may be.
