He is playing mind games and thats not right. He's taking advantage of my ptsd as veteran, 100% service connected. I don't appreciate mind games being facilitated. Please learn to be more professional. I will continue to share my story until im heard. That's not right. I paid off my item just to be done, he is blocked but still notifications. Ive bought several items over the years and bc of all this im done with aarons, ill go to RAC.
Today I called Aaron and Erica answered the phone. I need it help with my account. She not only helped me but also fixed the issue. She was very pleasant over the phone.
Also very knowledgeable and very patient. She took her time and was able to give me a solution.

Bad experience!!! Heather, the "Manager" is after blood we dont know what we did to this lady but from the jump she was snappy with us, wouldn't let us speak, and would not listen to us. She accused us of fraud we have been going to Aaron's for many years and have purchased many items from them. We won't be buying from them again,
