My husband and I use Aaron’s quite a bit, and honestly, we love Aaron’s. I am a little disappointed with the misinformation we received from Niah, though. When we were setting everything up, I explained that I was starting a new job and needed our items delivered by June 8th. Niah told me that would be fine. We went through the entire process, including confirming the address, discussing the stairs, and all the delivery details. I also specifically asked if the delivery could be scheduled for Monday, June 8th, because I wouldn’t be available Tuesday, and she assured me that was fine. Today, around 2:55 PM, I called and spoke with Kevin, who was wonderful and very helpful. He informed me that someone could deliver our items around 7-9PM. While I appreciate Kevin working to make it happen, I had already arranged my schedule around the original delivery date. My frustration isn’t with the delivery itself or with Kevin’s service—it’s that I wish I had been told from the beginning that the delivery had not actually been scheduled for Monday. Better communication would have helped me plan accordingly. Overall, I still enjoy doing business with Aaron’s, but I hope this feedback helps improve communication for future customers.

I had a wonderful experience with Aaron’s during a very difficult week. My brother had passed away in a fatal accident, family was coming into town for the funeral, and my refrigerator stopped working at the worst time. I went online to quickly find a refrigerator and chose Aaron’s. When I called the store, Sheena was incredibly kind and helpful, and Dee later followed up. When I came into the store, I was having an emotional moment (they didn’t know), but both ladies were still so patient, supportive, and professional. Dee’s smile and positive energy really lifted my spirits, and they made the process quick and easy. My refrigerator will be delivered before my family arrives. Their kindness truly took a huge weight off my shoulders during a very vulnerable time. I’m very grateful for Sheena and Dee and their excellent customer service.

I have had nothing but positive interactions with each staff member!! Marcus was great with getting us what we wanted and today Ian and Elijah came to my house and were absolutely amazing! They were kind and sweet to me and my son! I highly recommend this location!!
