I placed an order from the Orange City store and was delivered with holes in the back of the dresser, I kept the nightstand and Mirror and waited for delivery the following Saturday. On Friday I confirmed with Salesperson at the Orange Store and she confirmed the dresser would be delivered on Saturday. Saturday, I called the store and was placed on hold for half an hour and then told they made a mistake and could not deliver as promised. I requested a full refund and at first, they refused finally they agreed on a refund, but refused to return the $199.00 delivery fee because in their mind they delivered merchandise. They DID NOT Deliver as promised. I called their head office and spoke with Dominique, the supervisor twice, and she said tried getting the funds refunded because she understood the situation, but was not able to refund. I requested to speak to the manager and was told they would notify the manager, but not sure if they would call me because he/she is a traveling regional manager and they are too busy. I also paid with a credit card and their policy states a refund would be credited to a credit card, but they are sending me a check and I'm still waiting for a second check in the mail. NOT GREAT customer service.😔

We were excited to find what we wanted in a new sofa and the price was really great! We got it delivered and the two delivery men couldn't seem to get the back of the sofa to go on right ( it arrived in prices to be put together). They played around with it for a while and then said it was ok and wanted us to sign for it so we did. That night my husband sat on the sofa and the seat back went back too far on the left side. The side they had trouble with. Two weeks later and the left side of the seat of the couch is falling back and down so he's sitting at an angle! I am happy to report that the manager Joshua, made everything right with us without any hassle. I appreciate their help with this matter. After an inspection of the sofa, they decided to exchange ours with another sofa and now we are perfect! THANK YOU!!!

I came in a few times and each time I do the sales associate Amanda is always amazing! She’s not pushy, she gives you time to look around and she always making sure I’m up to date with sales. I highly recommend shopping with her! My mother absolutely adores her and shopped with her twice now and she’s highly satisfied with her service and items. Amanda is the best!!

Great experience! Everybody was very helpful and friendly. Aaron helped us pick out our new furniture and he was knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. Easy credit terms. The delivery was quick and the drivers set everything up just as requested.

Well maintained and clean store. Our salesperson Aaron was very knowledgeable and professional. The young men who delivered our new furniture were great as well. They got furniture in and installed in a timely manner. Also very professional and I could they liked their job. Aaron seemed like he enjoyed his work environment as well
