They were super helpful today. Our AC quit and it's 92 degrees in our house. Both the lovely women not only helped us with a unit, but also were trying their best to help with a Bluetooth speaker to hook to the TV because I am practically deaf and the TV volume gives my kids headaches. We couldn't find one, but she pointed me to the Internet. They did forget the TV. My daughter who yes is 21, called to let me know. At delivery they did not bring it. I called and the young lady didn't know why so she said she would call me back. About 3 hours later she called me back to let us know they had forgotten the paperwork so they would be out with it within the hour. Also she was great to take the chance to upsell. Asking us if we were in need of a stand. So we did go for that. I did take a star off because of the fact that there was no call about the TV. They were super nice though so I do recommend them.

Renting may not be for everyone, however to find out if things are worth it someone has to try. I got a riding mower from them. It was the best thing I could have done. Yes you rent but if anything goes wrong they pay to have it fixed or replaced. Thats worth the deal to start with.call it insurance.

I had a horrible experience being lied to by the store manager in Orange City to the point I had to contact the BBB. I highly recommend shopping somewhere else they WILL swindle you !

My wife and I was out looking to get a new bedroom set. We tried working with Monica at the Daytona store but unfortunately we had to come here, because we live in DeLand, she has amazing customer service and I would have purchased my next set from her if I was able to. But this store has horrible customer service. The lady just yelled to us from across the store and she kida walked towards us but never helped us. She asked what we were doing there. We answered her then she just said let me know if you need anything. And walked away so we left and went somewhere else and bought our new bed set

Worst experience of my life! I get that they don't want to deliver an appliance to a roach infested home, but we have regular pest control & have seen very few roaches. We even agreed to have the place treated and they agreed to deliver the fridge after the treatment. Well, not only did they tell me Friday, so I took off work to be home, but they didn't bring it until Saturday. Let's not forget to mention that they said they'd be happy to deliver it if I bought their warranty. Great sales tactic! Regardless, I haven't had a fridge in 3 weeks, so I bought the stupid warranty. It arrives and the exact same delivery man who asked us to get treated and then said he would install the refrigerator refused to install it AGAIN! He complained that he saw a roach OUTSIDE!!! And that was his reasoning. His coworker called him out on the ridiculousness of this and he still refused. When I called the store the sales manager accepted zero accountability: "I didn't tell you the wrong delivery date. I didn't refuse the delivery." Sir, you represent Aaron's & Aaron's did both of those things. Great management you guys have! He told me only the GM could approve or cancel my order & they won't be back until Monday. He also hung up on me twice because I was irate. I can't imagine why. They had no problem taking my money, but have zero accountability or concern for customer satisfaction. My house is not filthy, not roach infested or anything close. Aaron's, isn't your whole clientele poor people who can't afford to buy an appliance outright? Your whole racket is price gouging. I wouldn't have agreed to pay twice what the stupid thing is worth if I could pay upfront. I know it breaks your non-existent heart to hear this, but you will never get my business.
