It was a great experience and blessing with Ms. Emma . She helped me more than I could have ever wished for . I am grateful for all her help and assistance with the purchase . What a blessing to know I have something pretty to wake up to daily . My cousin Elizabeth Pitts recommended me and I am so glad she did .
NEVER! Shop here. They are a rip off. I entered an agreement with them in November of 2025, they explained to me to pay off my account in 6 months it would be 139.77. The cash price of the item was 974. Today was my sixth month mark, and they tell me first when i called two days ago that it would be 474 to pay off. I said that does not sound right, as I’ve been making the minimum to pay it off in 6 months. The man i was speaking with said he would speak to the district manager, possibly about getting me a discount since I’ve been on time and the math was right it didn’t make sense. Come today, and I received no call so I decided to CALL THEM, and the manager Jerome is first off telling me I’m past my six months. I said I’m aware, because your worker said he would call me back in two days with an update. Then he proceeds to say i owe 549 on the TV. How did i go from 474, to 549??? My calculations is that with my payments, i owed 376 on the TV. They are making up numbers. I have already reached out to their customer service to get more clarification and physical receipts because it seems like all of this is coming from numbers they made up. Even if a dollar is missing/miscalculated, i have a lawsuit. Super unprofessional and he ended up charging me $500, to close the account. I have recorded all my conversations with them, so I know that will be helpful. It’s a gamble with them, just stay away and buy from your regular retailers it’s not worth it.
I highly recommend coming to this store for your furniture or electronics! Amazing deals fast delivery and quality products. Plus the delivery men were polite fast and reliable!
Victor and Jaquan were great! They were friendly and informative. However, they were not fully prepared with the tools needed to setup the bed set. In addition, they did not clean up outside 100%. I gave them a drink of water and they left the cup and also a good size piece of wood in front of my driveway, which if I didn’t pickup I would have ran over with my car.
Delivery was great! Victor and Jaquan did an amazing job — They were professional, courteous, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. Excellent service overall!
