Miguel, the manager, is incredibly accommodating, helpful, and polite! My past experiences with Rent-a-Center five years ago weren’t the best, especially with customer service and some gruff attitudes during late payments or collection calls. However, working with Miguel and his wonderful staff has been a breath of fresh air. Kenny, the delivery person, and everyone else have made each interaction so delightful. If I ever need to rent again, I’ll definitely come back here, and I highly recommend you do the same. It’s truly one of the most pleasant experiences you’ll ever have! This is hands down the best Rent-a-Center I’ve visited!

Camille was absolutely amazing! We only had conversations over the phone but when I tell you she went above and beyond.. I ordered a sectional and the wrong thing was delivered, which I sent back and she told me she had to special order the sectional so she did. Before you know it the sectional was in my living room and I love it!!! Amazing customer service

Was trying to get furniture for the first time from them. Was talking to the store manager. Piss poor customer service. Very rude and not helpful at all. Also didn’t do his job right when I asked him to transfer my account to the sunrise blvd store. I would not recommend this store to anyone. If you want to do service with rent a center in the sunrise area, go to sunrise blvd location.

The operation of this place, the management style, and misleading information. Over the years, I've seen employees come and go. Just imagine the chaos within this organization. I've just paid off my last product at this store and this will be my last ride. Best Buy is better. I've dealt with the manager of the store, and this man is so out of touch and out of taste. This man makes no sense and imafraid he doesn't know if he's the store manager. The District Manager, Mr. Morgan, that's another chapter. The bottom line is that these people are pathetic and they lack intellect.
