Rob was absolutely amazing to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions, worked within our budget, and even helped us get the exact same furniture set we had seen at another Aaron’s just from showing him a picture. He explained everything thoroughly and helped us mix and match pieces perfectly to fit our home and style. With over 21 years of experience, it truly shows in the way he treats his customers. Rob is kind, humble, and genuinely cares about helping people. Make sure to ask for Rob at Aaron’s in Largo! In today’s world, it is so refreshing to experience such wonderful customer service. Robert and Garrett was super awesome they helped me with my Nintendo switch and they even showed me a awesome deal on a furniture set! These guys are awesome!!
Totally awesomeness all the way!!!! I can’t begin to say how awesome this group is here at Aaron’s in Largo. I came out of the hospital and I needed a recliner to elevate my legs and I was unable to walk. I called them up. I told them my situation -Nick was the person who answered the phone. He asked me what features I was looking for and told me he would send me four pictures of different recliners for me to look at and if I needed more just to let home know. From those four I picked one and ended up getting it delivered to me in the process. It was Nick, Rob and Bill who all helped me and they all carried on from where the other one left off with no issues. I didn’t have to wait for anyone to call me back. I got my answers anytime I called. When my chair came the two delivery men, Sam and Rodney were super polite and awful nice and made sure it was all set up and ready to got before they left. I don’t remember the last time I had such excellent service. I strongly recommend shopping at this location. Thank you so much.- all of you guys were so good to me! Thank you, Judy
My family and I stopped by the Aaron’s in Largo just to check things out one day. We were in need of a new couch, and decided to just look. But, we found one we liked and ended up placing the order that day. I was told that I had to put the first month payment down that day. I later found out that I was charged twice for the first month. The day that the couch was being delivered, we unfortunately found that it would not fit up or staircase. This was only after some pretty extensive damage was done to our walls. I was told to email pictures of the damage to Aaron’s and it would be taken care of. However, I have heard nothing about it since sending the pictures. The same day, we decided to get a different couch that was smaller. We were never told that the new couch was more expensive, and that the monthly payments were increased (I also think this might be why I was charged twice in the first month). When I called and asked why the payments were so much more than originally discussed, I was told that they would speak with the manager and have that changed and then call me back. This never happened. No price change and no call back. The couch arrives and it fits just fine, although the movers still don’t care about the walls and add more damage to them. When the couch is set up, I realized there are several spots of stains (they kind of look like they could be some sort of bleach stain), multiple areas of fabric around corners of the couch are a bit shredded, and the couch clearly came from a smoking residence (we do not smoke and that sort of smell is noticeable by nonsmokers). We needed a couch and I had no interest in dealing with trying to buy another one, so I bought several bottles of Frebreeze to try getting rid of the smell. When speaking with any of the employees, they always seem very polite and friendly, so it’s kind of shocking how terrible everything has turned out. It is safe to say, though, that we will definitely not buy anything from Aaron’s ever again.

I pay early cause I get paid early. Yet I get the unnecessary phone call about my already paid payment every month even though I have told y'all 4 phone calls prior that I pay y'all when I get paid which is prior to the first. Either look at your invoices prior to making the unnecessary phone call or come get your overpriced crap. And we both know you would rather have my money
Awesome experience. Salesman who i think was the manager extremely nice. Delivery guys were exceptionally nice, hooked everything up and tested it before they left to make sure there were no issues. Came in late on Friday, didnt have a slot for delivery until Monday, was able to get it delivered the next day. A++ service all around!!!

The manager and staff at this location work extremely helpful and very friendly, they answered all my questions And helped out as much as they could. I also learned while I was there that Aarons now sells tires, considering how expensive tires are, this is a great option for buying new tires
