Awesome! They all had great spirits when assisting me. Accommodated me in getting what I wanted and did it with a smile. Made me feel appreciated and welcome. Went far beyond the call of duty. My husband even offered to buy lunch. That's saying something because he is stingy!!! 😂

We been through highs and lows but this store is a great place to start with and continue to grow with they are like a second family to me shout out to the whole staff they are amazing people….

Steven is incredibly rude. Additionally, he flat out lied to me. Don't believe him when he tells you that you HAVE to purchase the insurance. He thought it was okay to treat me like I'm beneath him. If this is the way he is willing to treat before the sale, can't imagine how he will treat someone after the sale.

The customer service was horrible and I should have not even did business with these ppl at all I got the furniture sometime after the first of June and it's July 13th 19th and 13th right now I've been going through a lot in my life was threatened had to leave my home on PC I was homeless for 6 months before I even got this place I had to get this furniture and let's not forget the customer service was nasty from the jump on my paperwork it says that I have a four-piece but I don't only 3 piece. And s stand w/ a 65 inch smart TV , they charged me 400 down , and 400 a month , yes they have been calling me but again my life was threatened and I had to leave my home and when I finally did reach out to them they offered me no kind of way to keep my furniture said no we coming to get it no problem, no heart they overly charged me for this used furniture, have had it a good two months spiders crawling out the stand I did not want to get in the bed , do again after all I've been through in my life I know how to make the best of a bad situation so I'm still willing to keep the furniture to keep my end of the bargain, after telling them what's going on in my life they still decided that they want to come and get the furniture again it's no problem they think I lost, but truly their lost, because I got the same furniture price at another location that offered it at 241$ a month , and 2000 $ less I think y'all are nasty ppl to treat me this way and I will make sure u don't get away with it . Thank u and again God bless big mistake
