I’m already paying more than I was initially quoted for then when I look at my lease agreement it’s a digital signature. I’m not even confident it’s mine anymore. I work nightshift and the employees come banging on my door like there’s an emergency and leave notes on my door if I don’t answer. When I do the people have attitudes. I get massive fees added on if I’m .2 seconds late. Have called before saying they’ll get paid the next week like someone else has a got an attitude. After my stuff is paid off NEVER using this place again. My mom uses Aaron’s in a different location and I’m now concerned she’s also getting scammed the same way.

Recently brought a refrigerator from them and there store is infested with roaches. We asked them if our refrigerator is going to be okay. We needed a refrigerator immediately so we trusted his word. We got it today and there is a whole bunch of roaches everywhere. It took me 5 hours to fully clean out the refrigerator. In the picture we were able to take out most of them but that’s is nasty. Especially saying we won’t get any roaches in the refrigerator. Come on dude!

Yall have a shity way of doing business i already emailed yall to inform that yall will receive a payment next week so stop coming to my house especialy early hours of the. Morning waking my son up one of the employees even tried to open my front door thank God it was locked and just today your store is closed but yet still feel the need to come all the way to my house i only owe yall 158$ for this stupid couch so stay off my property i should get yall for harassment on top of that your employees are extremely rude. Again stay off my property!!!!!!!!.....

I called the store to let them know I had a stroke. It has effected my speech and mobility. I spent the last 2 months up north with my mother. I let Mack or Matt know the situation. He kept speaking loudly over me letting me know someone at my home shut the door on him. I was trying to let him know that was my friends that were watching my house/pet sitting while I was recovering. He wasn't having it and kept asking he could get the merchandise. When i kept trying to tell him i wouldnt be back until today. I was only telling you my story so I could apologize for my serious delay. I have used Aarons for years even though I'm paying quadriple for the products because of the good service I have 3 paid off accounts. I have even spoke with this same man several times in the past without issues. I don't expect anyone to feel bad for me. I just wanted you to know the circumstances in which it seemed as if I was trying to bail out on my commitment, and you were extremely rude. I apologized several times during our call and you just kept being short and repeating yourself. What a truly awful experience. I hope nothing happens to you and then you get treated that way. I will never use aarons again, for anything.

I am purchasing a used Frigidaire side by side from this store. It has been in my home for about 6 weeks. Last Wednesday, my son went to fill a water bottle and water started leaking out the bottom of the freezer door. Luckily, it's not a constant leak. it only happens if the fill lever is pushed. I called Aaron's Thursday.They assured me someone would be out that day. No one showed. No phone call either. I went to the store on Friday. I was told someone would call me and then be out. I double checked on the phone call as I had to get groceries on the way home. I was assured they would call. I got home to a note on my gate saying I had missed them. I called again. I was assured someone would come back that day or be out the next day. No one showed either day. I called Saturday. I was told someone would be here on Monday morning as I had to leave by 1:30. Again, no call, no show. I was very frustrated. Finally spoke with Chad later that week. He arranged for Cannon Appliance repair to come out and check it out. Everything is now working fine.
