I’ve had a great experience with Buddy’s Home Furnishings Rent-to-Own. The customer service is always outstanding, and everyone is friendly, professional, and willing to help. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a smile and treated with respect. A special shoutout to Ashley—she is absolutely amazing! She’s knowledgeable, patient, and always goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. Her positive attitude and excellent service make the whole experience even better. I visited Buddy’s a few days ago and well I have to say that my experience was absolutely fantastic. They were prompt in welcoming me, allowed me to browse their floor inventory which I have to say is a great selection. I was searching for the perfect new couch for a family room and well BOOM I GOT THE PIECE I WANTED. Fast and easy, with exemplary customer service skills. They all are wonderful up there! Check them out if you’re in need of any assistance on all things furniture and appliances! Up next washer and dryer! Go Lake City Buddy’s!
