Buddys is the best place to rent. They’re always 100% on top of everything. I am 100% satisfied with everything that I’ve got from them and everything that they do for me you wanna rent anything go to Buddys because they do everything in their power to get what you need all of the workers. Are exhibit the handle with you would love and care in the same way with delivery they come out And there’s a problem they fix it. I’ve been written for Buddys for years and I won’t go anywhere else but Buddys thank you Buddys for doing everything in your power to make me satisfied when I need you you’re there thank you, Nicole.

I love Wendy she helps me when none else can

I usually would say good things about this Buddy's. Unfortunately not now. I have been renting and buying furniture from this location for over 3 years. We recently rented a King size mattress, we didnt like it so we made an arrangement to swap it out for a different mattress once they had a new shipment come in. Jason is the employee we worked with on it. Then I received a text message from James the Regional manager and he threatened me with grand theft charges filed at 9am the following morning. No phone call or anything to find out what was going on or any follow up. Just threats of criminal charges. We have never not paid for our furniture ever. We have spent thousands of dollars at this location. We were just about to spend alot more on a new bedroom set to go along with the new mattress we were waiting for. James would have known this if he talked to Jason, the manager that we dealt with for years or if he had called first before threatening me with criminal charges. So needless to say James the "Regional Manager" lost a very good-long term customer with that mistake he made. I called them immediately and told them to come get the mattress and to cancel the mattress we wanted to swap it out for. We will NEVER EVER spend another penny with Buddy's at any location. James you were not very professional the way you handled this situation. Sorry Buddy's you lost today.

They went above and beyond to get the washer and dryer that I wanted !!!

From the first time I walked into the store I knew immediately that I wanted to do business with them. I was greeted by Wendy within the first 20 seconds I was in the store & she is extremely knowledgable on the inventory available as well as extremely nice & out going. At no time was she pushy or did I feel pressured. I had also met Jason who is the store manager & also a very friendly guy who went out of his way to make sure that I had my furniture only hours later because I had family coming in to stay with me & needed the furniture. The truck pulled up to make the delivery on time & even the driver was super friendly which is not something you usually see from a delivery guy. He actually made additional delivery’s to me when I had leased additional things I needed. I feel horrible because for some reason I cannot remember the fellers name but I do remember he has a light colored beard & he set up everything for me. At one point I even spoke with the regional manager James who obviously did an amazing job training his staff & putting this team together. To be completely honest just before going in to Buddys I had first gone into Arron’s which is another company that offers leasing of furniture & appliances as well. I can’t put in words the difference in the quality of furniture, the customer service & the prices. I was so happy that I chose to go into Buddys. I found a couch in the store that I instantly fell in love with & everyone that has been to my house has complimented me on it & then wouldn’t stop talking about it once they sat on it & felt how comfortable it is. I highly recommend anyone who is new in town & is looking to furnish there apartment or house with amazing stuff at prices that are surprisingly affordable. On top of that you will absolutely love the energy & vibe that the staff creates in the store. They really go over & beyond & they made my moving into a new place really easy & enjoyable.
