Do not go to this center to return anything from Amazon, you will waste your time. They have used every excuse in the book from the scanner not scanning, their A box is full, to system down, its pitiful. And the rudeness tops it off. Why be an Amazon drop off center if you are constantly turning people away and dont know how to deal with them. Everyone there needs training or to be replaced if this RAC wants to grow.
The manager at this store named Luis is very very rude and has no good customer service with the customers, yelling and screaming over the phone and even threatening me to come to my house and pick up the items I have because I was 3 days late to pay because my pay date does not fall on my payment days and they are aware of that. I have been a customer with them for a while now. I have even paid off items. And either way that is no way to speak or behave with a customer I’m sorry but it’s not he still needs to remain professional when it comes to customers. I never seen a rude manager like that before and I don’t know how they still have him working there.

The staff was attentive and explained the different payment plans and agreements clearly so I knew exactly how the process worked. I liked that they had name brand electronics and appliances available for immediate setup. The store was clean and it was easy to browse through the different sections for living room sets and bedroom furniture. While the long term cost is higher than buying outright it is a convenient option if you need something quickly without a large upfront payment. It is a straightforward and professional place for anyone looking for flexible home furnishing solutions.

This store is really helpful the manager Luis was really helpful he explained how rentacenter works and how they have different payment plan and the sale men michael was amazing on helping me find a desktop for my YouTube channel I will recommend Rent-A-Center to all my friends and family
