Buyers BEWARE this place will scam you. They told me my balance was 400 dollars in October 2025 here we are May 2026 still charging my card, come to find out my furniture should’ve been paid off the beginning of 2025, but they continued to charge you a maintenance fee and the last $200 of your balance you’re supposed to pay it cash to them??????? But they don’t tell you those things. And every time I’ve had somebody come out and look at my couches to be fixed since I pay a maintenance fee, they give me a hard And then refuse to do it. NEVER BUY HERE. Better Business Bureau is gonna hear about this Company . Horrible company. Corporate’s also being called… I want my money You stole from me.

I just want to say how great my experience has been with Rent-A-Center. The staff there are always very helpful and genuinely nice whenever I come in or call. They take the time to answer my questions and make sure everything is taken care of. What I really appreciate is how easy they make it to pay my bill. The process is simple and convenient, and the team is always willing to help if I need anything. It’s nice dealing with people who treat you with respect and make the whole experience stress-free. I definitely recommend Rent-A-Center to anyone looking for great customer service and an easy payment process.

If it were possible to have a zero rating, it would be highly disrespectful, rude, and indicative of extremely poor customer service. The experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and the manager’s condescending attitude has made it even more difficult to deal with.

I have been with them for years and this is never happened, but I have a PC from them. I got it fixed and I had two ramp sticks in it that I put in it and I got it back the other day and they’re not in there, they didn’t call they didn’t. They didn’t even say anything I get home and I look inside and it’s not there so they’re gonna be getting a phone call tomorrow morning and yeah
0 stars!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! This place will repeatedly rob you!!! I paid off a washer and dryer, my washer broke and they gave me a horrible time trying to get a replacement. They attempted to scam me into a new agreement even though I had insurance! They charged me for a couch that was never delivered because we canceled! They then lied about who the manager was and gave me the run around...just to waste time so it'd be too late to dispute the charges! Now they are charging me for insurance that they said I cant use!!! Worst place ever!!!
