Listen, if you are looking for a spot that actually treats you with some respect, this RAC is the one. I had a smooth experience from the jump, and I really have to give a huge shout-out to Damaris. She was truly looking out and made sure everything was handled right the first time. It is rare to find someone who is that professional and actually has a good vibe while getting the job done. Damaris really went above and beyond to make sure I was straight, and I truly appreciate the excellent service. They definitely have a loyal customer in me now. If you go in, make sure you ask for her!

The experience with the staff wasn't amazing. They worked very well with my moving schedule. Had all my furniture ready to load & was willing to make a product swap because one of the beds i ordered wasn't going to fit in the bedroom. I'm thankful of the payment plan im on & will definitely be back for more !!

I should have waited to make a review but the manager asked me to so I did. Even after updating a phone number numerous times Still calls the Wrong number and then gets mad at you when they can’t get in touch with you. They delivered a washer to me that was still crusted with the previous user’s laundry detergent, dog hair, and filth. The only good is the delivery driver.

Really nice and helpful staff. The store has really good products for a good price as well
I’m very satisfied when my cash is so happy super happy with rent a center very friendly. As soon as I walked in, it was nice and clean and neat. I found what I was looking for . Delivery was on time I’m in love 😍😍
