Damian and his team have been accommodating me and my staff the past few days as my location in Fort Walton Beach suffered a fire last Monday and we are waiting to rebuild. At RAC we really do mean welcome to the family. Whether you’re a customer or an employee we take care of you.

They are very friendly, helpful and they believe in satisfying the customer no matter how difficult the customer is they test their customer like part of their family Jason and Randy are amazing and are always ready to go the extra mile to help their customer thank you Jason and Randy for all that you do for me

I'm usually not one to write reviews. But, I needed to spend the time to write one about Jason at the Crestview location. This new manager in charge is honestly one of the best managers I've ever encountered. He truly seems like he cares and wants the best for his customers. I was renting to own a computer from them and had already put so much into it, I moved to south Florida and I just couldn't afford the payments on it. I explained my situation to them and they worked it out with me that I could keep the computer. If you're ever thinking about any location of rent a center, please consider this location.

There were some complications while trying to purchase a couch but they handled it great for us and we ended up getting the one I wanted. Zach and Shawn dropped it off at our home and they were very nice and helpful as well. Great customer service!
