I have you Aaron once before and this time when I had came back to Aaron To lease Two PlayStation five to PlayStation portable and a bunkey mattress that still In the original factory wrapping and packaging, and when me and my wife had ran into some serious finance issues, they are refusing to take that funky mattress back, even though they clearly have it Stated on the return policy page on Any mattress Can be returned. And when I returned the PlayStations And he inspected them Clearly seeing there was nothing wrong with them and told me that I’m good to go and he’s going to close out the account 1520 minutes later he called me back stating that they are full of Bug when he said they wasn’t stay away from Aaron did not use them they are nasty. They don’t treat customers right they just want your money. That’s all they care about. They don’t care about your financial issue they try to stick you with Anything that you get from Them Take this warning seriously

This location is top notch. We have been a customer of Arron’s for many years (20+ years). We have actually followed Cory from location to location because of his professional and personal experience he provides to his customers. He, along with the other employees, go above and beyond to make sure the customers are treated fairly, with dignity and respect. I have to give some extra acknowledgement and respect to Cory for his technological knowledge and experience. When our streaming service stopped working and and cable/internet providers could not help, my husband called Cory and he helped to troubleshoot the problem over the phone and had our streaming services up and running in less than 5 minutes. Cory did what the supposed experts from Frontier and Verizon could not do. Again I can’t say enough great things about Cory and his crew, they are truly the best!! I’ve gone to errands for my furniture purchase in my last two homes Veronica and Cory have always been helpful finding me what I needed and keeping things within my price range and budget. They’ve always been courteous and punctual with deliveries and helping me set up as I am a single mom Thank you Aaron for always being there to help me and making both of my houses into homes.

I called this morning right when you opened and spoke with a lady about having a warranty issue. She literally told me that she couldn’t help me and gave me stupid suggestions on how I need to be “working with” the warranty company. Tell me why I called the palmetto location and Valerie helped me solve my issue with top tier success, professionalism, and was quick too! You should be ashamed, Badcock of Bradenton.
