But 10 stars go to the commitment of the manager Candis Davis and the loyalty and understanding she has to her customers!! She is the reason I always keep going back…I’ve been a customer there for years!!

I give it 5 stars for online use, but 3 stars for customer service. Everything Ive needed or help with online has been spot on not one issue. However with the customer services I bought an x box and was told that it was brand new and clearly when I opened the box it was not. It came with no wires for the x box and the controller was broken. I'm not someone that complains to get free stuff so I went ahead and just bought the things I needed for my x box but they knew what they were giving especially since I tried helping out by picking it up myself since there driver was behind that day. Other than that it's been great the man who dropped off my washer and dryer was perfect he cam get 5 stars as well he was very respectful and fast with his delivery with no issues.
