Bruh use a different rent a center I made 15 or more on time payments and missed I believe one one and a half ?? Because I had some major life things happening And they’ve sent me harrassing text messages , they’ve shown up at more door every day for a week , they threatening to call and go through “ navy channels “ that have absolutely nothing to do with anything and it’s just nothing but constant harrassment it doesn’t matter how many payments you’ve made on time they don’t care you miss one and they become extremely unprofessional , and find every way to inconvenience you , they even showed up threatening me over a friend who used my adress it’s honestly just terrible service

They took their time to bring in my merchandise with great care and respect. It was evident that they are passionate about their work! They even made sure to clean up after themselves, which I truly appreciated. Thank you, Antonio and Edwin, for your outstanding service! I will be a long time customer! These employees deserve a raise for their hard work and dedication!

Wanted to rent a White sofa before I made a purchase…seeing its white also ,I’m not sure of the quality of the furniture. The manager Ken told me after being approved he denied me as I had an old account that was not paid..NOT TRUE…when I called corporate office they told me that I had no old balance or account. As I know I didn’t. Had my delivery date set after speaking to corporate. They went ahead and canceled my delivery saying again I had an old account. When I ? What the account is and what I owe. They can’t tell me!!!! Go to Gorins!!!! You always know what your getting without a run around. Lesson learned. Off to Gorins!!!
