Purchased a recliner and returned it within 48hrs, one day was a Sunday, and they are not open on Sundays. We were charged restocking fee of 25 percent. We were not aware of the restock fee. Online it indicated it was 30 days. Ask about restock before you purchase or better yet there are other furniture stores in the area.

I absolutely love the customer service. Im so excited for my furniture to arrive. The price was very reasonable and affordable.

Product great, service in store great. I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, taken out of work. 5 months no income. I owed $100.00, interest and late fees took balance to $211.00. The people call every day, every hour. Paid 60.00 and gave them the date I would pay balance within 30 days. They still call every day, every 50-60 minutes WTH

Anytime before, I would have given 5 stars. But now I'd rather give none. I have worked so hard on my credit and now it's above a 700. I have had an account with badcock for 2 years. And in those 2 years my credit amount for badcock went from $1,200.00 to $4,500.00 as of 3 or 4 months ago.. I went in there June 16th to get a washer and dryer only to find out that my credit with them has been completely erased and I had to "start over" with a $1,000 credit amount. Said they got new financing but one of my approvals(the $1,000.00) was BADCOCK FINANCING. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So it's common practice to just erase something that someone worked so hard for?!?

My daughter went to the store and purchased some items for me. Kiki the sales associate was very helpful while she was showing me all the items. Our furniture just arrived at the promised time and the delivery people was very nice. We purchased 2 mattresses, a bench, recliner,and a beautiful 3 piece living room set.

The prices are terrible high now. We only wanted a Queen size adjustable bed. It would have cost us over $2,000 plus over $200 down plus delivery. We went to Rooms to Go, bought a much better set, nothing down, no interest and our payments are under $30 a month. We would not suggest any purchases from this business.

Badcock is good place to shop for furniture, appliances, electronics, rugs, home decor and more. Your credit doesn't have to be perfect to get approved for good quality furniture. The staff is friendly, and eager to please and are good people! No gimmicks! We have shopped at Badcocks for over 15 years. I highly recommend them because they know how to meet and great their customers with dignity and respect. I hope you can find a Badcock store near you! 😊 💯 No photos to post at this time. My experience was awesome. Mr. John Scott was very knowledgeable about the mattress that we purchased. He was patient as we experienced the feel of the various mattress that Badcock has. He explained the warranty and the assurance that Badcock stand behind the quality of all their merchandise. I felt comfortable in our purchase and I would most definitely purchase again.

The location at Tillman Corner,Mobile is awesome! My salesperson Jackie was a jewel knows everything about everything I asked of her. She's super sweet,kind, knowledgeable and the very best in customer relations anyone could want. I want to start off by saying the customer service is absolutely great no complaints from that part of it by any means they were so helpful and done what they had to do to get me in and out with no issues. But I was recently let off for COVID 19 and was out of work for 2 months straight. I filed for the insurance which I’m paying on every month for times like this well needless to say the insurance only paid one month I’m now behind 2 months on my bill I have had the run around with the insurance company and they refuse to pay the bill even though I’ve sent documentations to prove where I have been out of work. If there is anything bad to say it would be the insurance company y’all need to find a new insurance company that will treat your customers with respect and actually help in a time of need
