Showing 14 of 327What happened to this theater? Last two times I went there there was broken glass all over the parking lot by the cars. That makes me think there is a lot of break-ins. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy. And the beer prices have gotten up wildly (it used to be less than $5 for a cup and a half and now for the same cup we paid $10) while the service and cleanliness has gotten down low. I remember just maybe 6 to 8 months ago things were a lot better. Whoever is managing should pay close attention to not turn the theater into the first fiasco. Ps: DO NOT but the nacho cheese seasoning on anything because it just pure salt and it will cut your mouth. It’s a real shame because this was my favorite theater, and life got a bit busy these last few months so I haven’t been and been back today really surprised me.

We paid for a movie and expected entry even with our parents with us. Refused service and hunted us out as we were minding our business. Explained our parents were there but they didn't care. Pathetic, I expected better. Will NOT be coming back to this pathetic attempt of a fine establishment they call a cinema. Do not come here ever.

I have never in my life been so hot and sweaty while watching a movie. If I pay almost $50 to see a movie with a small popcorn and a drink, yall better cut the ac on! I was literally sweating for the whole movie. I think I’m gonna start just making the hike to league city for movies from now on. It’s always something here. Y’all used to be a good cheap option that didn’t disappoint, but now yall are just another over priced theater that doesn’t put forward any effort, other than collecting the money. I couldn’t even refill my popcorn when I left cause yall had it all put up…. I always get popcorn refilled as I’m leaving. Yall just aren’t worth the squeeze anymore. At least if I go all the way to league city, the air we’ll be on 👍.

I'm really impressed with the upgrades that this theater has made. Though it is under a new management under different company, it is most definitely 100% and improvement from the previous Cinemark 12. The tickets are at a fair rate, the popcorn has free refills, which is a huge plus! So it's definitely worth the investment if you go with a larger crowd. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There are also computer screens where you can actually purchase your tickets there or print the tickets previously purchased online before your visit. The seats are clean and so is the theater itself. They have spring loaded push forward attached trays at your seating which is convenient for food items etc.
The theater was really nice, the seat very comfortable, the sound and screen excellent they even had a nice clean snack bar. My only problem with it- I hate the tables attached to the seats. They should fold away. If you have your hands full, you have to squeeze around it to sitor get up, while trying not to dump your stuff, and if you don't want a table on you lap too bad it's there. FYI it's located behind the old Mall of the Mainland so you have to drive all the way around the back.

The theatre is great. The popcorn, however, is awful. Dry, old (at 2:00 PM 😳), no butter options. The microwave stuff is better. Please fix this! You guys do know that this is a huge part of the experience for some people, right?

I just got my dream couch delivered today. They we're really fast and efficient. Plus I live on the 3rd floor and they didn't complain. Best Christmas gift I could get myself.
The guys were awesome like always. Thank you for a great job Mario & Jacob
My daughter and I went to the movies for the first time in approximately 12yrs. The theater itself has changed quite a bit. It is much nicer with better seats and an overall better experience. It was sad to see the changes made to the mall. I have fond memories of going there as a child and it all has changed.
