As a happy customer I ordered 12x16 feet shed for our backyard. Superior Shed installed it with a permit and they did very good job. So far no leaks or any issues. Highly recommended company.

UPDATE: Superior Sheds stands by their product and repaired my roof. Roger (manager) was very helpful, and so was the guy they sent to install the new panel. Defects happen, but what matters is how a company responds to them. Thank you for solving the problem! ORIGINAL: Same experience as some reviews before me. I got my shed during the dry season (late 2024) . Everything went fine until it didn't. Raining season started (early 2025) and I detected a leak on my shed. I figured out the roof was leaking due to a shed installer driving nails on the roof on a spot that didn't touch the wood but close enough to the stud that it was difficult to detect. Since I got my shed through the Sarasota site I reported it to them, but was told that I had to report it directly to the manufacturer through the website(this location is the manufacturer's and that is why I'm doing my review here), and I did so. It took them a bit to reply back but they did.

I worked with Connie and she was great. She helped me through the whole process. The permit is time consuming but if I had any questions I called Connie and she would answer my questions. The shed is very well built. The delivery was fast and they did a great job. The prices are reasonable when you see the final product. Here's an update. I noticed about one year later that the front door was rusting in one corner. It was delivered around May 17, 2023. I submitted a request to have someone come out to take a look. I got an email from Mary a couple of weeks later. I submitted the claim around June 17, 2024. Mary did not respond to my email for an update. I called the number and got her on the phone. She indicated she never got my email. This is horrible customer service and they like to ghost a customer and hope you go away. Finally after a couple of calls she indicated the door needs to be replaced and since it's over a year I would need to eat this cost. This is basically a one year old shed (I'm over about a month) and if you look at it you can see it started before. I paid about $6100 for the shed and they want me to pay about $600 to replace the door. There is no reasoning with these people. They do not care about the customers, just want money. I love working with small companies but this company lost my business. Connie is a great example and wish the other employees had her customer service. Do not spend money here. They do not respect your money and doing the right thing.

I ordered my shed April 22nd and Connie was great she gave me all the details how they built it right. My shed was delivered June 4th I didn't noticed the dents on the side bottom until the sun was setting and shining on it, that was the side delivery guy was pushing the shed in place, plus I had a question about some board braces inside if I could remove them I filled out a service request with pictures and it's been five days and I have not heard from them. So they finally can out today June 14th and fix the panel and the door and answered my question about the braces, plus the delivery guys never tighten down the bolts on the all the anchors just hand tighten Wow Thank you.

My Husband and I were shopping around for sheds. We had gone to two big name stores and had decided to go with one but was going to have a handyman put it together. But we soon found out that if we didn’t let the store install it that it wasn’t coming with everything needed. We saw superior shed in Orange City so we stopped just to look, but unlike the other stores no price was on the sheds we had to go in and talk with someone. And after talking to Connie we knew we were going with them. Connie was very professional, friendly, and helpful. She answered all questions and concerns. Did not pressure us at all. She showed us a few sheds told us what the process from start to finish would be & gave us a quote and said give us a call if you decide to go forward. We decided to move forward so they sent a guy out to make sure the shed could get through the gate because they build it on their property but if your gate is not open enough they will build it on site. Shed was built and delivered on time. The guys that delivered our shed was also professional and polite they did and awesome job. Thank you Superior Sheds, we love our new shed. 👍🏾
