Been with them for years for different things bad business, every time you call you talk to different people and obviously bad communication nobody knows what’s going on they tell you you have a warranty then something goes wrong and they have no idea what to do with it., really they should get -10

The business debited my account without my permission. My guy friend uses cash to pay on the account at this business. In 2023 he was unable to pay so I authorized a one time payment with my card. Well on 2/28/24 this business took it upon themselves and debit my card without my authorization. Whenever I called the business the manager stated that the system might had debit the account without them knowing. When I asked for a refund because they took the money with me knowing he stated no that I had to turn in the refrigerator after paying almost $800 and the payment they debited was the last payment. I just feel like they shouldn’t have debited my account without my consent that’s not how you do business. Black folks or authorities will rob you if they can. This is unacceptable.

This place is horrible! All of their furniture has german cockroaches!! And they will invade your home!!! The people don’t like to work they were suppose to deliver our living room set around 11am lied and said they called and never did, then when the guy came he said he didn’t want to to go through our house because he just didn’t want to, his excuse was the living room set wouldn’t fit but they’ve put my bed back there with no problem and that’s way bigger than the living room set. So just really in truly the guy didn’t want to do work and was very rude to my mother told her he wasn’t going through her house anyways!!! The manager took up for him and was very unprofessional! Just do not buy from this company, they lack communication and will not deliver if you don’t call them! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!

I dont recommend ever buying from this furniture company. They are liars and love to steal from your account. They will never keep they word either will only give you one time to pay and if you miss the day of your payment they haras you and will come pick up your furniture. The works of this company are unprofessional, racist, and stereotypes of black and Hispanic races. They don’t correctly fox your furniture when they bring it to you, they will literally half fix it or don’t fox it at all. They illegally swipe from your credit cards without your acknowledgment or call to tell you over the past they have tried to swipe a total of 3,175 off my card without my acknowledgment, they employees are never sober and are alcoholics from a previous experience with them. Not to mention they are extremely rude and agressive. They never clean they furniture if you return it they cover up anything and sell to the next person. This includes bed bugs and roaches. I don’t recommend anyone buying from this unethical, unprofessional place.

My furniture was full of bed bugs tried to tell the guy he didn't care thought it was funny. My bed broke 2 weeks after I got it. They were very rude. And they were looking in my windows and trying to open my door without my permission.

This Place was very Comfortable and the Atmosphere was Good. The Worker's did their best to Help Me. When You're in a Place of Business and the worker's are allowed to Pick and joke among each other and Customer's it puts everyone at Ease and the Atmosphere is Comfortable to be in.
