Rude, disrespectful, and will basically stalk you. Me and my little sister were home alone for a weekend. While parents were away. Literally sat outside our house for an hour just waiting. It's weird and scared us to where we had to call our parents to come home early. Tried taking money off a card that was supposed to NOT be in file. Considering that card belonged to my passed grandmother. They have no respect for others. -100 points shut them down thanks

This is a furniture store with decent quality furniture. I bought a pull out couch from them and the only downfall is that within 2 months, the part that pulls out, caves in when you put any weight on it.

Got a refrigerator from there and exactly one month later it was messing up but I didn’t know till I came from work that evening and by that time they were already closed so they won’t repair it or nothing and I am stuck with a broke refrigerator I won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

Been with them for years for different things bad business, every time you call you talk to different people and obviously bad communication nobody knows what’s going on they tell you you have a warranty then something goes wrong and they have no idea what to do with it., really they should get -10

Never had a problem getting anything from here before or with the service !! And now like I work away and have been calling for 2 days for service and no help ! What is really going on now all of sudden !!

I’m glad to hear a lot of yall at least had the decency from then to come to your house… I bought from them a used bedroom set, as soon as I got it they broke the headboard in my driveway and I was told they would order me a new one, I waited for a week then got mad and called… I was then told they couldn’t order it the item was discontinued so I asked for the old broken one and a discount which I got but never received the headboard I have called and went in at least 6 times and haven’t heard from them since I called saying I wanted them to come and pick up the items… it’s been a week so far and I better not get charged for the month!!! And you would think because I was a first time customer I would be more acknowledged

The business debited my account without my permission. My guy friend uses cash to pay on the account at this business. In 2023 he was unable to pay so I authorized a one time payment with my card. Well on 2/28/24 this business took it upon themselves and debit my card without my authorization. Whenever I called the business the manager stated that the system might had debit the account without them knowing. When I asked for a refund because they took the money with me knowing he stated no that I had to turn in the refrigerator after paying almost $800 and the payment they debited was the last payment. I just feel like they shouldn’t have debited my account without my consent that’s not how you do business. Black folks or authorities will rob you if they can. This is unacceptable.

This place is horrible! All of their furniture has german cockroaches!! And they will invade your home!!! The people don’t like to work they were suppose to deliver our living room set around 11am lied and said they called and never did, then when the guy came he said he didn’t want to to go through our house because he just didn’t want to, his excuse was the living room set wouldn’t fit but they’ve put my bed back there with no problem and that’s way bigger than the living room set. So just really in truly the guy didn’t want to do work and was very rude to my mother told her he wasn’t going through her house anyways!!! The manager took up for him and was very unprofessional! Just do not buy from this company, they lack communication and will not deliver if you don’t call them! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!

I dont recommend ever buying from this furniture company. They are liars and love to steal from your account. They will never keep they word either will only give you one time to pay and if you miss the day of your payment they haras you and will come pick up your furniture. The works of this company are unprofessional, racist, and stereotypes of black and Hispanic races. They don’t correctly fox your furniture when they bring it to you, they will literally half fix it or don’t fox it at all. They illegally swipe from your credit cards without your acknowledgment or call to tell you over the past they have tried to swipe a total of 3,175 off my card without my acknowledgment, they employees are never sober and are alcoholics from a previous experience with them. Not to mention they are extremely rude and agressive. They never clean they furniture if you return it they cover up anything and sell to the next person. This includes bed bugs and roaches. I don’t recommend anyone buying from this unethical, unprofessional place.
