When you go to Showplace make sure you ask for Mindy! She has great customer service and is very easy to work with!! Highly recommend her and the business! Thank you Mindy!!

Originally I was going to leave a not so nice review. But I understand things happen. March of this year I had my washer taken for repair (very minor repair needed) left a voicemail after stating removal/installation left some what of a mess. Never got a call back. I called in 3 weeks after Spoke to a manager, sent an email with proof and never heard anything for a month (April). Called again, manager got snippy with me stating I never sent an email, then later said someone deleted my email and he will get right on it. So June of this year I send an email asking for an update and Nancy gave me a call, very nice lady, got me scheduled for my washer to be returned. finally. Stated a the manager who I spoke to didn’t do anything with my situation. Anyways. Shane and Cody did amazing installing my washer again, great costumer service- answered all my questions. Shane said he even repaired the washer himself because it was a simple fix and didn’t need to be gone for 3 months. Nancy was great assisting with this issue and getting everything scheduled. Who ever the manager that was assisting me was not great whatsoever. I’ll give credit where credits due and that manager doesn’t deserve any of this credit Also- I scheduled for 11-1pm for washer. I asked if they could come closer to 11. Shane and Cody showed up at 10:50am. Amazing service. Thank you again- Nancy, Shane and Cody.

My father has been having problems with the refrigerator from here. I was asked to call and speak with someone about it. However, I just called and tried to talk with someone from the store (Daniel) who refused to talk with me, due to my name not being on the account. 100% understand this. I informed him that I would call back with my father in the room so we could discuss it and he said that he will not speak to me. He said he has to have my father call him. Literally exactly what i said, but he (father) wants me to explain to the sales people what is going on, as he is not feeling well, and up to talking. They are refusing to talk to me, even with him right there on the phone. He has already paid three times as much for the refrigerator as well as so many other things that he has bought there over the years. He has been a great customer, but we will not be going back there unfortunately. The prices are already outrageous. But then you add on customer service like that. Nope.

All crew at showplace was very helpful and very prompt on delivery and then sales. I appreciate them so much I have dealt with showplace for many years and still coming back to them. They still have the same quality that they always performed before thank you and God bless Glenna Frazier.

Ended up not needing these tires anymore and they came to get the tires awesome, I'm not iut anything still have multiple vehicles this one was down and needs work so they came to get the tires. When I was woke up at 11:45 by the delivery driver to ask which vehicle it was.(no paperwork) they removed the rims and in the process damaged lugs, most likely I'll need rotors after this from them sitting but how they did this.

Won’t rent here again. Supposed to get a brand new washer and dryer. Dryer gets delivered scratch all down the front. Washer didn’t work from day one. Given a dirty loaner. When they finally called to bring the fixed one back they cancelled multiple times or would show up now during the scheduled time..so we weren’t home. Finally got the “fixed” washer back and it does the exact same thing it did when they took it. Unusable. Glad we paid 100 bucks a month for that.
