These guys are awesome, especially Tim and Diane! They always help us out. Get what we need. The service is awesome. I’ve had problems due to being off work to help me out. I will always buy for these people Show Place in Marion Ohio is one of the great places to be. Yeah you have payments but if something goes wrong, all you do is make a phone call. They’ll come fix it or give you a new one!!!

I changed jobs and requested they change my due date. The person who claimed they were the manager said it was all set. It was for about a month. After that they started calling and saying I was late, so I reminded them that my due date changed. Another person claiming they are the new manager said they changed my due date again, and apologized about the previous mistake. Apparently he did not change my due date, and they started to charge me a late fee every week. They continued to apologize about the extra charges and claimed to fix it going forward, but refused to return the extra $256 they charged me. They would even send me messages that a certain amount was due, and then charge a different amount to my card. Watch out for these guys. They are sneaky, and they lie. Do not trust them at all. Buyer beware!

Ashley was so amazing. When I had to switch couches due to inventory reasons, she reached out to me personally to help me pick a new rug because she noticed the first one i picked out wouldn't match the new couch. Setting up the delivery and getting everything set up was so easy thanks to her.

Matt, the Mgr., made sure to find some great deals for us and still kept the price very affordable. He explained the payment plan to us and was very expedient in getting our merchandise ordered and delivered to us

All I have to do is call them, tell them what I need and the next day I have it. Been dealing with them for 10 years. They're friendly and fun to be around. Couldn't ask for a better store

I have found that the manager and the sales staff really do try to make your experience here the best possible I've enjoyed getting a few things that I couldn't have afforded to pay cash for all at once

Rob and Anthony were awesome! Quick, professional and super nice! Put together our couch and love seat really quickly! They deserve a raise for hauling around heavy furniture in 100 degree weather! Thank you guys!

I’ve had a great experience with Showplace in Bellefontaine. I recently purchased a laptop from them, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in finding the right one for my needs. They answered all my questions and made the process easy. I also recently purchased a new living room set and was pleasantly surprised that they gave me the first two weeks free, which was a huge help. I really appreciate the holiday discounts and promotions they offer as well. Their customer service has been excellent, and they truly work with their customers to make purchases affordable. I highly recommend Showplace to anyone looking for quality products and great customer service. I'll definitely continue shopping there in the future!
