We have rented from this location, plenty of times with many items and are currently renting from them. They are amazing people great management always make things right if you have a problem if they don’t have anything in the store, they get something from different store, but they take very good care of customers. Would recommend them to anyone

I love this place, I’ve been renting from them for 6 years, I especially like Carrie she a great sales person & always gets me what I need & she is very friendly & efficient.

Carrie is the absolute best. Not only has she helped me furnish 50 percent of my home with what I was looking for but she has also helped and worked with me on payments when I had a hardship will never go anywhere else and will Def be getting more items from her at showplace

I've been going here for years. I've worked with Carrie and she's amazing and gets the things I need done!!! When I call I always ask for her, she knows her job and knows how to get the best stuff and gets it done pretty quickly!!!! Never had any problems!!! I will always rent from them!!!!

I am spent thousands of dollars there and never had a problem with Carrie she was always polite and helpful every time I went there or when I called even when she stops by the house I will not deal with anybody else unless it is Carrie she does her job really good and helps everyone that comes in or calls a very good person

I had a great experience they will help you with anything you really need they are great people there they help you go through everything money-wise go off on basically what you get and help you go from there

Walked in with the intent of just checking some things out, found a deal on a used couch in great condition. Highly recommend this location especially if you aren’t sure where to check for new/used furniture. Doug was great at his job and made browsing a great experience.

Showplace has shown me so much grace! I love their Quality furniture I have brought many pieces from them. The manager JJ is the best HE CAME THRU FOR ME when I was sick!! They will work with you for the best prices for your budget Whether it’s weekly biweekly or monthly. Shop, the west side location.

I would never get anything from them ever again they harass they take money out your account without asking and not only that they are disrespectful they threaten you they constantly call you everyday and not glass but least have no respect for the customers and hang up on them especially the manager Rebecca is really rude and hangs up on you

Showplace advertises their services like they’re helping people, but in reality, you end up stuck paying for items for what feels like forever. The total cost after all the payments is extremely high compared to what the same items cost elsewhere. People need to start looking around before supporting these scammy types of businesses. You can buy washers and dryers cheaper. You can buy mattresses and bed frames cheaper. You can buy good TVs — even Google TVs — at Walmart for way less. I bought a huge, really nice beanbag chair off Facebook Marketplace for $40 from a clean home. At Showplace, something similar would end up costing hundreds over time. What might cost $50–$100 somewhere else can turn into $1,000+ after all the payments here. It’s frustrating and feels misleading. Do your research before signing anything.

Always friendly, and great quality, I got a couch and washer and dryer from them. Thinking about getting something else after I get this paid off.

I give this business 5 stars because, their service is affordable and staff is very friendly and welcoming. Always have good deals and fun "games" to play for prizes or discounts when it's the holidays. We love showplace!!!

Jenn and Jared are very understanding all they ask is for customers to communicate with them Showplace Upper Sandusky seem to always have a good staff but Jenn and her team are AWSOME also if they don't have what you want Jenn will do her best to get it for you, I have been Renting/ Buying items there since the store open probably invested 42 k or more there GREAT JOB GUYS keep it up LETS HAVE A GREAT 2026 P.S. We always purchase new never pre-leased
