Have nothing but good to say about this business. She's smart and knows her product. We purchased a shed several years ago and it still looks new. After 5 or 6 years I lost my keys and and they were able to able to get me a new set immediately at no charge. Can't go wrong with The Shed Lady in Madison.

Saw a recommendation on FB for this being a great place to buy a shed. I first went to another shed store just looking and then I got in contact with David and I couldn’t be happier I chose to go with them. This man deserves a raise. He answered my million questions, had great manners, thanked me several times for my military service, gave my kids cookies and made the shed buying process sooo simple. From start to finish, this shed purchase was great! Janine's no-pressure sales was exactly the style I like (and a HUGE reason that we went with her over some of the other shed companies in the area.) She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable, taking us through the sheds on her lot to point out different options we were asking about. The ordering process was simple, and Janine talked us through every step as she filled out the paperwork so we would know what to expect and what the limitations would be as far as placement on unlevel surfaces, property boundaries, etc. We gave a deposit and left feeling excited about our new shed that was expected to take 3 weeks to be built. To our surprise, we got a call a full week early saying that our shed was finished and we scheduled delivery for the following day. Josh delivered and set up the shed exactly where we wanted, and he leveled it up perfectly. The workmanship is topnotch, and the shed is exactly what we wanted. Excellent experience - I highly recommend!

The Shed Lady distributes Amish made, "Old Hickory Farms", sheds and small buildings. I purchased a 12" x 20' foot shed and turned it into an Art Studio after I performed extensive research of all other brands and carriers of sheds. To begin with, the owner, Janine Jensen, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She presented every option available and was not pushy as some salespeople can be. I brought the ample sales brochures home and called several times for more information. Each time Janine Jensen explained the features. After I added all the options, she explained the preparation (if any) of the land and the time frame on the delivery. Everything went off without a hitch and I was very surprised to see a less than 5-star rating. I had my "Art Studio" finished on the inside and it is built better than my home. It maintains perfect temperature and I love the well-lit environment. Please look at the photo I uploaded. The shed matches my house (the small one with the flag). I will post pictures of the inside as soon as I get my Art Studio organized. We need more merchants like The Shed Lady.

Got a building delivered about 3 weeks ago told the guy dropping the building off I didn't like it where it was the guy proceeding against my wishes and set it up on top of 6 blocks it was a good 4-5 feet off the ground, I call Jeanine and she came over and said we should move it back about 7-10 feet and it would be alot more leveler which is what I thought the guy dropping it off would have recognized, but wad more interested in just getting it set up so he could go home. Jeanine told me repeatly that we could move it if we didn't like the location multiple times in her office and we they called to set up the appt to move it they told me would cost 300 dollars to move it back 7-10 feet after I was told it would cost nothing , so basically I told the guy just to pick the building up. I called Jeanine several times and never received a call back from her. If your in the market for a building do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They don't care about customer service just want your money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
