We are so pleased with the structure Probuilt Structures made for Emma our pot belly pig. They were so responsive from the first call thru the day of delivery. We reached out to ProBuilt Structures with a vision of building a covered batting cage for our boys in the backyard, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We are very satisfied with our new Shed , Kevin at the office we ordered the shed with him was very helpful and professional. I even asked him if he was the owner because of the customer service level and knowledge of the business and process was really very well served. At delivery today we had John he was also outstanding very professional and definitely did everything like a pro , answered all our questions and explained everything he was going to do and then showed us how everything was leveled and properly set up . They handled all of the details, including the required permits. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgable and professional. The office provided timely updates through each phase of the project. The quality of the building materials and the attention-to-detail of the assembly crew was impressive. I’m totally satisfied.

Mistake in placement required me to inquire on price to move shed. Wanted $450. Offered $350 because I just had shed delivered. Invoice for delivery charge "Delivered, Leveled, & Anchord per Manufacturer Engineering $180" Willing to take the hit on $180 again. Not $450 (Discount $350) (Response)Yes mistake in placement was mine. .My point is I am relegated to an industry standard for profit. $180 sure would have covered transportation and labor for an hours work. Customer satisfaction is more valuable than short term profit.

Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Kim was very helpful and very accommodating. When it was delivery time, Ben was definitely on his A game! He was quick with the install. Very patient when I was deciding on where it was going. He even made sure that I knew the windows and keys were in working order before he left! I will definitely be recommending these guys to whoever needs a shed!

Excellent company from sales, planning, construction, permitting and install. The shed quality is top notch, externally and internally, no gaps in flooring panels, windows, doors electrical fittings quality and fitted very well and exactly as ordered. The install crew of B. and D. exemplified the nothing is beyond our willingness to make this successful for all of us attitude. Respectful and efficient, Did it once and did it right. Probably Structures gets 5 stars from me in all categories. Kelly, the person I worked with in the office, was friendly, professional, timely, organized, and a joy to do business with. She worked with me on my time-line, which was pretty quick. I couldn't get the exact color I wanted because it would have had to be special ordered but the one she found me on the lot was very nice and, actually, a bit larger for less money. Charles, the delivery and setup person, was efficient, knowledgeable, and did a great job. He was also personable! The shed is very well built. If I ever need another shed, Probuilt has my business!
