Don’t buy any bedding from them had a Ashley bed that wasn’t the right one and had to be modified day one and was supposed to be replaced, was not, now the pos mattress is squeaking like crazy only after a little under 2 years basically wore out. They won’t do anything about it and was rude when I talked to the little girl there . Wasn’t even offered a solution just told I had to buy another one. BS

I love this place. They have some great items. I recommend them. And the staff are very friendly.

The absolute worse company we have ever went with!!!! I wish I didn't even have to give them a one star!!!! Me an my husband have been renting since November we ran into a tight and got behind 3 weeks and our payments are bi weekly so that meant one payment behind then come up there and sign some paper and they said that would cover up to a month well a week later our phone is being blown up again saying we are behind again. So......exactly what did that paper we signed do??? On top of that before we signed the paper we gave $425?????? Complete scam!!!!! We have $5000 -$6000 in this furniture and we don't even own as much as a chair. I think not!!!! Beware do not come here for anything.

They are the worst. Never had a problem with the Merrill Rd location but then they closed all of the sudden with out even telling us and moved our accounts to the west side location. This location is incompetent and can’t even take a payment over the phone. They expect me to drive way out there every week. So I went out there and paid my agreement and scheduled pickup of their merchandise as I no longer wish to deal with the rude nasty employee of theirs and then when the delivery driver comes to pick it up makes a comment about picking it up due to non payment. Excuse me no sir it was paid and up to date I just refuse to do business with rude and incompetent employees.

If I knew how they did business I would’ve never came here, have to pay them around $100 and some change every week but if I pay 200-300 a week for 2-3 months straight that don’t matter you still have to come in every week they moved from the south side to west side and expect me to make it here every week even when I pay extra it doesn’t get me out of a weekly payment and hit me with late fees how can I have a late fee when I’m $800 ahead and tell me I still have to come back next week again or get another late fee I never agreed to driving to the west side every week

They are helpful. They have nice employeesn, as for when it comes to the payments I think 🤔 it should be a little bit more different like if someone gets paid 3 after there payment is due it shouldn't matter if it is the 1st payment or the 15 payment it should able to extend a account with a late fee at the time you make the payment. Overall It's is a great place and I love there service. Thanks

We have been renting from this company for almost 2 yrs now. the customer service is great .they had some ups and downs but they have everything fixed. they will bend over backwards for you to get what you need and if they don't have it you can go online and order it and it will come to the store and they will deliver it to you I cannot complain. one of the best stores around and plan on getting a few more thing in the coming weeks.

ince signing my rent to own agreement for a bed set I have had nothing but good, positive, vibes from Own It Home Furnishings. Not only are the professional, customer friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Never had issues with payments or delivery.

I believe in mom and pop stores and I think there should be many more of them where the vision is a mom and pop store and they have helped me out more than I could say as a single mother of 4 and they have gone out of their way to do as much as they can to help me they are an awesome company and they don't forget that we're people and we're human and we have things that happened in life and they are so committed to help us get back on our feet it's just an awesome company you guys really need to use it more

They are the only rent to own company who offers true 6 months same as cash. You can choose your own payment schedual. If they don't have what you want in stock they will do all they can to get you what your looking for. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer free delivery and setup as well as most maintenance on all your rent to own items. Great family owned business!
