Rent-Buy rents to own in Texas.

Makeshia made our experience unforgettable, she has great customer service skills. She needs a raise.

Excellent customer service! Makeisha was professional, patient, and very helpful. She made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for great service!

Makeisha and Jazmin are amazing there. They both helped me out, lowered my price, was so very nice 10/10 experience

They have bed bugs i bought a couch had bed bugs, you got to watch nac store They will repo your stuff and break it and claim you broke it and charge you ik a couple people have same problems every one go to aarons send them there stuff back before you become a victim

Charge whenever they want, but can’t refund it. Literally been through 4 managers in one contract and each time stuff gets messed up. This time instead of helping she wanted to be rude. I’ve already paid off 70 in tv, bed, and more from buddies with NO where near as many issues. Regret ever going.

Jason & Henry are great ! I have a dining room table and a bedroom suit , with rent by , they came in and set up everything nice and neat for me and also cleaned up before they left great guys

Let me start by saying I have rented from most places in town but Rent-Buy, by far, surpassed the competition in several ways. Their professionalism and eagerness to help stood out and greatly surpassed the competition. The application process is simple and they act quickly once you complete the application. Our family chose a sectional and a gaming chair and it was reasonably priced. My family consists of just myself and my 12 year old son. When the items were delivered, the two delivery guys were very friendly and engaged with my son. That is very important to me. Without a doubt the best delivery guys in Jacksonville Texas. They were professional, well-mannered outgoing and down-to-earth. I really appreciate them talking with my son and making him a part of the transaction. Thank you so much guys! Keep up the good work. I will recommend to everyone

Jason & Jr were really excellent and very open and honest ❤️love love love the customer support !

Their efficiency and professionalism make them a reliable choice, particularly in urgent situations. I highly recommend Rent Buy to anyone seeking dependable service and quality appliances.

I just want to say this is probably one of the best rental companies there is, they have always been so helpful to me and my family, I have fallen behind at times and they didn’t rush to come pick up my stuff, they give me a chance to make it right and work with me at all times! I have paid off several items with them and so have my daughters, Kiara is the best sells agent, oh I can’t leave output Alondra either, they both put the E in excellent! Thank y’all for always helping me and my family with our needs! I will always recommend yall to anyone !!

I had a really positive experience shopping here. The store has a nice selection of well-made pieces, and it is easy find your style in there. The staff were friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They answered all my questions, offered suggestions when I asked for them, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. If I ever need furniture, I’ll definitely be going here again.
