Let me start by saying I have rented from most places in town but Rent-Buy, by far, surpassed the competition in several ways. Their professionalism and eagerness to help stood out and greatly surpassed the competition. The application process is simple and they act quickly once you complete the application. Our family chose a sectional and a gaming chair and it was reasonably priced. My family consists of just myself and my 12 year old son. When the items were delivered, the two delivery guys were very friendly and engaged with my son. That is very important to me. Without a doubt the best delivery guys in Jacksonville Texas. They were professional, well-mannered outgoing and down-to-earth. I really appreciate them talking with my son and making him a part of the transaction. Thank you so much guys! Keep up the good work. I just want to say this is probably one of the best rental companies there is, they have always been so helpful to me and my family, I have fallen behind at times and they didn’t rush to come pick up my stuff, they give me a chance to make it right and work with me at all times! I had a really positive experience shopping here. The store has a nice selection of well-made pieces, and it is easy find your style in there. The staff were friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They answered all my questions, offered suggestions when I asked for them, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. If I ever need furniture, I’ll definitely be going here again.

I stopped by just to look around and honestly had such a good experience. The girl who helped me was super sweet and really took her time explaining how everything works the payments, the deals, and all the options. Even though I wasn’t buying anything today, she still treated me with so much patience and respect. The store was clean, the furniture looked really nice, and the whole vibe was really welcoming. I have had the honor of buying a couch and love seat with Rent-Buy with monthly payments since February 2025, going forward. My experience with the management and staff has been excellent. Their focus is inclusive of high ethical integrity in business and one-to-one customer-focused service skills in serving the community of Nacogdoches, TX, especially in my case (senior citizen) regarding my fixed monthly income. I would highly recommend going to Rent-Buy if you crave a trustworthy business who takes the time to understand your financial goals while needing essential products to live comfortably. Piece poor they claim they only do Fort Stockton area but For Stockton is Pecos county. My wife talked to the owner and supervisor that we love in Imperial which is 25 to 29 minutes from Fort Stockton. Their word is not about a damn thing. Very sad I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They discriminate against other race they only cater to their own race spanish

Got my tv used...and I have had it since November 2020 and then received a call saying if I didn't purchase it completely on a specific date they were going to tack on to the price to be over a thousand! Don't waste your time! Going to odessa/midland and purchasing a tv is cheaper in the long run.

Let's just say they are one of these businesses in Fort Stockton that wouldn't be able to compete in a major Texas metro. They would be undercut faster you can finish reading this review. Rip off. You can go online and purchase the same stuff for a greatly reduced cost.
